The building is located outside the ZTL, the Limited Traffic Area of Rome’s city center.
Atac´s Park & Ride areas allow long-term parking at a discounted rate, to reach the City Centre using urban public transport. Every Park & Ride area (both automated or not) is close to a Metro station or to the urban and suburban bus terminus.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has an elevator and consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms and an interior terrace. Entering the house you are greeted by a hallway, to the left are the first two bedrooms and to the right the living room, kitchen and a hallway with a bedroom and two bathrooms.
The house has views on two sides, one of which overlooks a wonderful garden.
The apartment has an air conditioning system and there is a concierge service in the morning.
The living room is furnished with a table with four chairs and two sofas with a TV area, and also has a bookcase.
The first bedroom which is located to the left of the living room is furnished with a single bed with a second pull-out single bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a table and chairs for children and a wall-mounted television.
The second bedroom, which is also located to the left of the living room, is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 190cm), a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
The bedroom, located to the right of the corridor, is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe .
The kitchen which includes a refridgerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery for six people. From the kitchen there is an access to a large terrace where the washing machine is located.
The first bathroom is located before the third bedroom; It is small and has sanitary fittings (toilet and basin) and only a hand-held shower.
The second bathroom has sanitary fittings and a walk-in shower.
