新鮮なスタッフと清潔な部屋
狭いけど、清潔で安くて良いです。ホテルのスタッフはとても丁寧で、鍵の開け閉めをしっかりレクチャーしてくれました。

テルミニ駅から歩けるが、、
テルミニ駅から徒歩圏内ですが、夜は暗めの道となるので、タクシー利用を勧めます（料金は5ユーロでした）。 3月末の旅行で、日中は暖かかったのですが、夜はまだ寒いです。部屋の暖房が切られており、またエアコンの調子もいまいちで、部屋は寒かったです。 バスタブはありましたが、お湯をためて入るような清潔感ではなかったです。

The bathroom was really smelly, you had to keep the light and fan on all the time to make it bearable: that meant the bedroom becoming very noisy We informed the staff but they did not provide any solution, they didn’t even acknowledge the message. We also asked for an extra towel - and again no response. The mattresses were not confortable and the pillows very low quality. The area around the premises was quite shabby and that was somehow expected but we were expecting a nicer indoor atmosphere - it turned out to be very expensive for what we got. Sorry but I won’t recommend it

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was! Our room was very clean and comfortable, The man at the desk was extremely helpful and accommodating and we loved the convenience of being so close to everything!

Muy mala comunicación con el alojamiento. No respondieron mis mensajes, sino dos días después por lo que me quedé fuera. No utilicé el alojamiento porque llegué posterior al check in y ni Expedía pudo hacer nada, ni se hicieron responsables por no llegar a tiempo, a pesar que avisé previo al cierre. Hasta el momento nadie me ha respondido sobre la posibilidad de devolución del costo del alojamiento. Pésima experiencia.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The area were convenient. The mattress was in very poor condition, we were not able to sleep at all! The changed the sheets and towels daily but the floor and the rest remind filthy. I would never come back.

Building had no elevators and had to walk 54 steps to go to reach my room which was not the one I paid for and when I complained about it, he sent me to the one I was supposed to get. I requested an iron and the guy at the desk said they do not offer irons. It took forever to get hot water from the faucet. It was a bad experience.

Poor cleaning
The cleaning in the shower was very bad. The beds were in a very poor state- they were uncomfortable and not very hygienic. Even the walls were sticky.

Excelente trato, fuimos muy bien recibidos, nuestro hostess habla español así que el comunicarse era más fácil. Nos dio recomendaciones de lugares, comida y transporte. En todo momento muy amables. El alojamiento todo bien, limpio y útil.

If I could give a 0-star review, I would. The staff/owner of the place treated us COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATELY and made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We left after 1 night. We were three young women. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be let in when we arrived, and the owner was frustrated that we had arrived a bit earlier than the time we had told him. The check-in process took really long. He spoke to us very condescendingly and passive aggressively, and even made fun of our friend right in front of us. We were not given the room we had booked (we had booked a room with 3 beds, and he gave us a room with 2 beds). He kept claiming that they don’t even have rooms with 3 beds, even though my booking confirmation clearly showed that I had booked a room with 3 beds. The room was superficially clean: hair on the bedsheets and coffee mugs were dirty. The room had no sound insulation so we could hear everything in the lobby and the staff in the lobby could hear everything in our room. We had no privacy. The last straw was the next morning when the owner (an older man) unlocked our door and walked into our room while we were still in bed! I jumped up in a panic and sternly asked him what he was doing. Unapologetically, he just said he needed to ask us if we wanted room cleaning (which is NO EXCUSE for walking in). He did not apologize at all for walking into our room without consent. We spent the entire day finding another hotel that day.

El chico que nos atendió fue súper amable y nos dio buenos consejos, además nos facilitó adelantar el checkin. El duplex tenía todo lo necesario, bien situado, cerca de Termini y de la plaza República, estaba limpio y bien equipado… Todo muy bien.

James the B&B host is a warm, friendly, jovial person. Very nice guy. He offered us a triple room and a double room when our quadruple room is not available due to the authorities asking him to remove a bed from the quadruple room. His newly renovated shower room comprises rainforest shower! We went to Gelateria La Romana for the best and authentic gelato as recommended James on 2 nights. We also went to Ciro Pupetta, the delicious Maple restaurant as also recommended by James.

Arkadaşımla aynı yatağı kullanmak zorunda kaldık tek kişilik yatak yoktu, banyo wc odaya ait ama odanın dışında, duş başlığı bozuk, minibuzdolabı çalışmıyor, yatağın yayları çıkmış ve çok rahatsız, yorgan kirli,oda toz içindeydi. Terminiye yakın olmasının dışında kötüydü.

Non ci siamo.
Aspetti positivi: la cordialità e simpatia del receptionist che ci ha accolto e la vicinanza al centro storico (20minuti a piedi ma con diverse fermate dell'autobus attorno). Aspetti negativi:Stanza piccolissima, alla quale ci si arriva dopo quattro rampe di scale (senza possibilità di ascensore),con cattivi odori che entrano dalle scale e dalla fognatura. Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per 3 giorni e 2 notti senza aver ricevuto il cambio asciugamani.

The gentleman at the front desk is amazing, we adored him. We had a last minute situation with the transportation strike and this place delivered. The area isn't bad but the because it is near the trains terminal and street markets happen there, the streets have more potholes than the average in Rome (which of course is not the fault of the property).

No power for more than 12hrs.
First night at the hotel and we stayed without power for more than 12hrs and with no contact with the responsible of the hotel. We lost all morning in the next day waiting for solution - and we didn’t have. I had to implore for information - and I never received. When we got in the hotel again, it happened again / no power - no assistance - and the neighbor helped us to get power back again.

Fue muy raro, porque no contacté a la recepción antes de llegar y al llegar, fue complicado encontrar el hotel y al tocar el timbre, alguien bajo y nos empezó a preguntar porque habíamos llegado tarde (3 de la tarde) y no habíamos avisado de nuestra llegada. Luego ya nos explico que la aplicación tenía problemas y no sabia si ibamos a llegar... En general es raro llegar a un hotel muy chico, pero luego lo agradecí. Estuve dos etapas, en la segunda etapa tuve que esperar como 30 minutos a que llegará para darme la llave de la habitación, Jaime amable.

Dear Erika,Thank you for reviewing us.Your opinion is important for us.Since Your reservation was for a triple room with a private external bathroom and we do the check in in this type of room...we misunderstand your comment and low level of points .We do check the photos on Expedia advertising for each type of room and there are all correct At the check in service , our receptionist ask our valued customers the room type and facilities which they aspect and reserved to do not have the " misleadingly" situation
