Outstanding place and extremely helpful staff. I was plagued with flight delays and arrived much later that I hoped to but the staff was extremely understanding and was patient with me. I highly recommend anyone to stay here, it was nothing but an excellent stay.

Superb location just a corner away from very busy, central Trastevere streets. Beautiful, spacious, clean room. The rooftop does have incredible views, as mentioned, but I did find it locked at night when I wanted to have a tea looking at the view (just a disclaimer, it’s understandable that there’s a preference to lock up at night). The building itself was gorgeous which made up for going up the stairs. Bring coffee if you need it in the morning.

Big con given the oppressive heat this past week was the Air conditioning which ran but did not cool the room. The room was spacious, very badly over lit - clean, except for the shower which was not spotless - . Fridge did not cool either. If you want to stay in trastevere, this apartment is well situated.

If you enjoy four story walk ups, with overflowing showers, inconsistent room cleaning, and no refunds after observing the state of the place, then this is the perfect place for you.

Hi, Globally the room was ok et well situated. To access the room I had to make few calls for ten minutes while someone respond. The cleaning in the room was on going when we arrive even I we ask for a check in sooner. The air conditionner was deficient to maintain the room cool. Thank you
