Excellent place to stay!

The stay was amazing. The location was perfect. Really close to everything. The service was amazing. The owner was so helpful during the stay from sending clear instructions to enter as well as sending amazing recommendations for places to go and restaurants to eat at. I would 100% return to stay here.

The room was suitable for our needs. Great location for shopping. Easy walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Panthean but just over 30mins walk to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Definitely buy the Colosseum tickets before you go as the queues are massive. We bought tickets online for a guided tour of Colosseum and we by passed all the queues so was well worth it.

Overall room was clean, there were some receipts/garbage left in drawers. Staff were very friendly, check in was quick. Was a bit hard finding the building as there isn't a sign, name was only listed on the buzz in directory on the building.

The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. Arrangements were made for checking in after hours. The room was very clean and comfortable. Elevator to the floor which was great with luggage. Only critique was no shower door, water splashed out of the shower onto the floor. There were a good stock of towels so it was an easy clean up. Safe in the room which was also a great feature. Pictures and property looked the same. Great espresso machine, stocked mini fridge. Lovely stay!

So although the property was in a great location, it was not a hotel but a condominium/room. So if you came to the hotel after hours, there is no one in the front to help you if needed. I found it to be a little overpriced for just a room and no service. The location was amazing but most of Rome is walkable distances anyways. If you’re looking for a hotel this is not it.

Una verdadera vergüenza. Si pudiera ponerles de calificación menos que 0 lo haría. La limpieza completamente deplorable; la tasa del baño con hongos, las superficies de los muebles y veladores tapadas de polvo, las toallas con pelo, lavamanos con hongos y rastros de sarro, bordes de los espejos salpicados con manchas. Reclame y me dijeron que como el pago no era reembolsable no podían hacer nada. Pésima relación costo/beneficio. Las fotos publicadas no muestran la realidad del lugar. Dentro del servicio estaba el resguardo de equipaje y cuando preguntamos no lo tenían, tuvimos que dejar las maletas en recepción sin ninguna protección. El check out era a las 11 y querían que estemos fuera hasta antes de las 10:30. La persona responsable una mal educada y a pesar de nuestra insistencia al decirle de las fallas con relación a la limpieza, de una forma prepotente respondió que no habían esas fallas. Esa gente no tiene claro que son ellos los que están brindando un servicio al cliente, nos trataron como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor ellos a nosotros. Uno viaja para descansar, no para tener problemas con las condiciones del hotel por el que se paga. Inaceptable, desde la limpieza del lugar hasta el trato que le dan a uno como cliente.

Great location and hidden gem

The front desk was only open from 10-2 but that worked out fine. The lady at the front desk was amazing. The room was the most comfortable bed we had for the entire month. AC was cold and the suite overall was spot on.

Location, Location, Location- you are 5-15 minutes walk to most everything city center. However the property feels so peaceful away from the crowded tourists areas. Staff was very helpful. When I return back to Rome I would stay here again.
