Welcome to your home in Rome. This newly renovated (2024) apartment offers 110 square meters (1,184 square feet) of elegant and comfortable living space, right in the heart of Trastevere—one of the city’s most authentic and vibrant neighborhoods.

The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each approximately 14 square meters (150 square feet). Every room includes a private en-suite bathroom, a high-quality queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video. Each bedroom also has direct access to a private balcony with outdoor seating—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink.

The bright and airy open-plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen and two additional balconies, offering a welcoming space to relax or share meals with family and friends. Large windows in every room provide abundant natural light throughout the day, enhancing the apartment’s elegant and contemporary design.

Located on the fifth floor (U.S. sixth floor) of a well-maintained building with elevator access, the apartment offers peace and privacy above the lively streets of Trastevere.

The location is ideal for exploring Rome. Trastevere Station is just a 3-minute walk (about 160 feet / 50 meters) from the apartment, with direct trains every 30 minutes to both Fiumicino Airport and the Civitavecchia Cruise Port. Private shuttle service can also be arranged upon request (extra charge).

Every Sunday morning, don’t miss Porta Portese, Rome’s largest and most famous flea market—located just around the corner. A true Roman tradition, this market is full of vintage treasures, antiques, rare books, handmade goods, and local curiosities.

Great location. Walkable to much of the central parts of Rome. Quiet area at night, but less than a mile to the restaurants and nightlife of Trastevere.
