The apartment was perfect for our family visit to Rome. The apartment is large, comfortable, and modern; and perfectly located near the Vatican sites — just a few blocks from St. Peter’s — but also walkable to many of Rome’s other famous sites. Whenever we needed a ride, an Uber was never more than a few minutes away. An unexpected benefit was that this is a ground floor apartment, so we did not even need the elevator. There are also many wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby. Loredana was an excellent host who was very responsive to one question that I had a few hours after we checked in.

Excellent apartment. Very clean and spacious. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Perfect location for our family’s visit to the Vatican and exploring the many other sites in Rome. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! Our group included five adults and one infant (almost two years old), and the space was perfect for us. The apartment has four bedrooms and even a lift, though we were on the first floor, so we only had to walk up four small steps — which was very manageable, even with a toddler.The location was fantastic — close to many major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, and even a gelato shop, all within walking distance. We tried one of the nearby restaurants and absolutely loved the food, and the gelato shop was a big hit too!As a mom traveling internationally with a toddler on a 14-day trip, I was concerned about packing enough diapers and other baby essentials. The host went above and beyond by letting me know which local supermarkets carried Pampers and other baby items, which was incredibly helpful and gave me peace of mind.We also used the washer and dryer midway through our trip, which was a huge plus — especially since the second half of our trip was spent on a cruise ship.If you’re coming from the U.S., I highly recommend this apartment for its location, amenities, and fantastic hosts. One small note: Italians typically don’t use washcloths, so you may want to bring your own.Overall, this was the perfect home base for our family’s Roman adventure. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodation, close to Vatican. Many good restaurants and shops within walking distance (we are in mid 60s with bad knees), Easy walks. The smallest bedroom did not have its own air conditioner. But it was tolerable with the other room air conditioners going. The property manager was wonderful and easily communicated on what’s app. The coliseum and other attractions are a bit of a hike if you’re older, but it’s a quick taxi/Uber ride.

Family trip of a lifetime!

This is an amazing well-maintained property in a beautiful building in an incredible neighborhood! Our family of seven ranging in age from our 97 year old Great Grandma and 9 year old great grand kid had a spectacular time. So many things within walking distance including the Vatican and Mercato Trionfale, excellent restaurants and gelato! The property manager, Loredana, is so lovely and helpful! The owner was also so welcoming and accommodating! This property is a gem! We will never forget our stay!

Roma Stay

Conveniently located property that provided us great access to the city and all it has to offer. Sabrina, the property manager, was fantastic and was very responsive in assisting with transfers and restaurant recommendations/reservations. Will definitely be back.

Amazing stay!

This property was more than we could have hoped for when booking.It had ample space for our family, there are two bathrooms, and the beds were amazingly comfortable.It was easy to get where we needed either via walk or Uber and we would happily stay here again.Sabrina was great and super helpful from check in to check out and even with luggage storage.Thank you so much!

Great stay!

The apartment is spacious, clean and a perfect location. Very easy to walk to restaurants, grocery, shopping and all the sites of Rome. The host, Sabrina, was wonderful! She was very responsive before and during our stay and offered great recommendations and tips for our time in the city.

Excellent stay, and close to Vatican

This home is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and walking distance to Vatican. The home is spacious. The only issue was the toilet in the main bath wouldn't flush properly.The host, Sabrina allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. It was very nice of her.Overall great stay, with the exception of one of the toilets.

Excellent Roman Apartment

Beautiful on the 1st floor. 5 blocks from the Vatican. Accessible to metro and bus. Grocery store 1/2 block away. Spacious and gracious hostess. Allowed our jet lagged family to check in early. Clean and laundry was helpful for a few clothes that had some spills on them.

Wonderful Property

Excellent accommodations. The apartment was spacious, clean, and relaxing. Its location was outstanding, walking distance to many iconic tourist sites as well as restaurants and shopping. Grocery store across the street was a pleasant surprise. Silvia met us at check in and provided a thorough overview of the accommodations and area. She also attended to our transportation needs which we greatly appreciated.

Great apartment for large group

We had a group of six staying at the apartment and it was very spacious for all. We enjoyed the main living room and dining room area as a place to hang out. The apartment is situated in a great neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and very close to the Vatican. Sabrina was a wonderful host and very responsive to our every question. I would definitely stay here again when in Rome.

3 days in Rome

Great location close to many restaurants and short walk to Vatican. Groceries steps away. Sabrina arranged great rides from airport and to port for us. Also arranged a wonderful night time ride around the town.

Sabrina was an excellent host!! The Apartment is in a great location. Very short walk to the Vatican City and easy to get to the main areas in the center of Rome. Sabrina was very responsive. She helped us get a transfer ride from the airport and to our cruise ship. Sabrina, thank you for making our stay in Rome so wonderful!!
