Elegant apartment in the heart of Rome, facing Piazza Navona and behind the suggestive Campo de 'Fiori, less than 15 minutes walk from the Vatican. The check in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., check out is within 10 a.m. Different arrival are subject to confirmation by the property and a surcharge may apply for late arrivals.The newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and 1 fully equipped kitchen. The largest room (Room 01 of about 30 square meters) houses the living area with lounge and dining table. Both bedrooms have double beds and are completely independent of the bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people if you use the sofa bed in the living area (2 beds dim. 160 x 200). Located on the 1st floor of a historic building dating back to the end of the 19th century overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, it has a location that allows you to visit all the main attractions of the city on foot. In front of the entrance door there are several stops of the public transport service to and from Termini Station and to any other destination. Within walking distance a wide choice of local restaurants bars and services of all kinds. TAXI and BUS station less than 100 meters. Possibility to rent bicycles to get around Rome, a few meters from the house. Air conditioning available from 1st May to 30th September (hot season). No smokers. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment can be reached with 1 flight of stairs without a lift.

Great stay

Easy check in, great location, we could walk most places and taxis were easy to get. The apartment was very comfortable, and cool which was most welcoming after being out in the heat

Amazing location and beautiful apartment!

Beautiful apartment with lots of room for family of 4. Super location within walking distance to all major attractions. Host was very helpful arranging transfers to and from the train station. Really enjoyed our stay in Rome and would highly recommend this apartment. Nice hot showers too!

Family Vacation

The Location was wonderful We were close to everything and if we needed the get a cab it was a block away. The unit is very safe and people in the building very kind. The host was very helpful and accommodating with transportation from the airport and provided a list prior to our stay that was very helpful Highly reccomend Ciao until next time

Wonderful location

The location is unbeatable. Most landmarks are within walking distance, and it's surrounded by great restaurants. The best Gelato in the world is right across the street. Apartment was safe, clean, had two bathrooms and a tiny washing machine. It's a few easy stairs to walk up. We enjoyed our stay, Damiano was very responsive, and they even got us a ride to and from the airport which cost around 70eu each way.

Perfect location in central Rome!

The apartment is ideally located within short, walking distance to attractions, restaurants, shopping, and churches. Accurately described and clean, the apartment is well appointed and secure. Both Mary and Damiano were excellent hosts, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was extra enjoyable. Would gladly stay there again.

Great Location

This is a great place to stay for a visit to Rome. It is next to an amazing church and very close to Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere. There is a great gelato place right across the street and espresso bar with delicious pastries in the alley on the way to the sights. The owners are available to help you and check in is easy.

Fantastic Family Stay in Rome

We just had a fantastic 4 night stay in Rome. My family of 5 (me, my husband and 3 kids ages 11-15) were very comfortable. Damiano is very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for catching the bus/tram or walking to all the sites. Thank you!!

Great location.

This place really gets you in the center of the action. Very clean. The necessity for an in person check in and the fee for a late check in were annoying, though. Make sure to request sheets for the pullout ahead of your booking if you need it.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary’s apartment. First and foremost, the location is absolutely perfect, centrally located to almost every tourist site. There is a bus stop across the street and a taxi stand a block away but we walked just about everywhere. We appreciated Mary arranging great transportation to and from the airport.

Great Location.

This location was great and we walked to everywhere, including the Vatican, Spanish steps, the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, the colosseum, and the forum. While there was a minor issue (as can happen anywhere), Damiano was very responsive and was able to address within minutes of our notifying him. Lastly, it had everything we could want in a vacation rental.

Great central Rome property

We had a fantastic mini break to Rome and loved the central location of this property. Everywhere we wanted to go (with the exception of Ostia!) was within a 30-40 minute walk and there were groceries and a bakery on the main road within easy reach.Mary was a very responsive host and met us on arrival. We appreciated the couple of espresso pods and kitchen cooking basics. Everything was clean and we slept very well.For those coking with children, Ostia Antica was a great trip out (half an hour on train) and 4 person cycling in Borghese gardens was a fun break from sightseeing. Would recommend

Highly Recommend

This flat was perfect for our family of 5. The location is amazing! We landed in Rome and had a driver Mary recommended, pick us up and take us to the flat, we stored our luggage until we could get into the flat, and explored Rome on foot for the afternoon. The location of the flat could not be any better. Mary was very accommodating with any questions we had.. thank you so very much, we loved our stay at your flat!

Great location in Rome

Great location & great communication with owner. It is a very pretty apartment, but description should be more clear that one “bedroom “ is actually part of the living area and it is not 2 full bathrooms—it is one full and one with only toilet and sink. The owner charged us to drop off our bags at 1 pm instead of the published check-in time of 3 pm even though apartment was ready when we arrived. If you are one couple with 1-2 children it is perfect.

2 nights in Rome

We stayed in Rome at Mary's place for 2 nights and it was a perfect location. We arrived at her place by taking a bus from Termini train station and the bus stopped right across the street from the building. Check in was easy as she was waiting for us. There were some steps to get to the apartment, but not too many. It was nice to have 1 and a half bathrooms. The shower was a little narrow, but good water pressure and hot water for all showers. The beds were comfortable and it had a coffee maker and some coffee for the mornings. The location was perfect - restaurants and attractions within minutes. We even walked back from dinner in Trastevere without any difficulty. Would definitely recommend Mary's place when staying in Rome.

Super Central!

Mary, the owner, was very responsive and proactive. The location is extremely convenient for sight seeing. Great restaurants and bus stations are nearby. We enjoyed our time at this flat.

The property is in a residential building with local residents and right in the heart of a business district with shops, restaurants, banks nearby. Air conditioning worked wonderfully during the heat wave. Small kitchen and washing machine worked well for us. Everything was ready for our arrival. The host was very helpful with information. Very well located… just a block or 2 from away piazza Navona and just a street over from campo Di fiori. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5. No lift but it was only one flight up. The washer is really only for undergarments.. I wouldn’t recommend it for large items or big loads. Overall, very comfortable and centrally located!

Could not have been BETTER!

We had an amazing stay! (But don't forget to bring your adapters!) The location was perfect and the space was wonderful for all five of us! Make sure to get the gelato across the street...it was yummy!
