明るくエレガントな新しく改装されたアパート（2016年1月）で構成：ラウンジ、キッチン、テラス、2ベッドルーム、2バスルーム（7寝）;サンピエトロ広場、バチカン、システィーナ礼拝堂から数分の場所にあります。 ナヴォーナ広場からわずか15分、素晴らしいヴィラドリアパンフィリ公園に近接しています。
コンシェルジュとエレベーターのある建物の2階にあるアパートは、次のもので構成されています。

Bea is such an awesome person. Her place is convenient to everything. It's close to the Vatican. There is a pasticeria just next to it. Baked goods are sooo good. Her place is very cozy, clean and roomy. I would recommend it to all my friends who go to Rome!

Communications was great, Beatrice was very patient answering all of our questions and responsive to our needs. Being able to check into the apartment early was a huge plus after coming off of an overnight flight. She also arranged our transportation from the apartment to the cruise port. The neighborhood the apartment was in had a grocery store and restaurants near by. We did need to take public transportation or a taxi to the Vatican and city center but that was not a problem for us. In Rome it is less expensive to take a taxi than an Uber as only Uber Black is available. A taxi from the airport to the apartment was 55 whereas an Uber ran 90.

Pilgrimage stay

We had a great stay with Beatrice. She was quick to respond when we had questions and flexible to meet our needs. The apartment meet our needs very well and is close to several bus lines. Some of the appliances in the apartment could use repair. The door to one of the bedrooms would randomly lock and was extremely difficult to open, so we had to keep it open for our entire stay. The washing mashine had some quirks as well and took us a while to figure out how to use. There also were not clear instructions on how to turn on the hot water for the first day which would have been helpful. Even with these problems, Beatrice was quick to respond to our needs. I would recommend this for groups or small families

The apartment is a 10 min bus ride from the central part of Rome but the bus stop was right outside the apartment. It was quick and easy. The apartment was updated, beautiful and clean, we loved everything about it! Beatrice was a dream to deal with! She even helped us to get a ride to our cruise port after. All 6 of us said we would book again when we come back to Rome!!

Excellent Stay

This place had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Rome. It was comfortable clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh meals from the fresh produce from the market around the corner. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. One thing I didn’t realize was that it is further removed from Rome Central than I expected, which was not a problem, but if you’re looking to experience the Rome Central lifestyle this would not be an ideal stay for you. If you’re looking to stay away from heavily populated tourist areas than this is the place for you. We walked to Vatican City and a number of the must see attractions in Rome. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Beatrice and Romeo were very available and accessible whenever I needed any questions answered.

Nice Apartment

The apartment was nice, just as described. It is located in a neighborhood with multiple restaurants and eateries, which was great. A grocery was also close by. We especially loved the coffee and pastry shop right next door and visited it each morning. There is a taxi stand also in front of the property, although getting a taxi in Rome was hit or miss for us the entire stay (including in the city). Overall, it was a pleasant stay although if ever returning, might opt to be more central in the city.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in zentral gelegenem Appartement

Wir waren als Mädelsgruppe unterwegs und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rom. Beatrice hat uns freundlicherweise nach unserer Ankunft die Koffer entgegengenommen, so dass wir direkt mit der Erkundung der Stadt starten konnten. Das Appartement ist zentral an einem großen Platz gelegen, wir konnten deshalb eigentlich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichen. Aber auch ein Taxistand vor der Tür oder die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe wären Optionen gewesen. Die Wohnung bietet zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern und eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Lautstärke der vielbefahrenen Straße und der Stadt war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber nach einigen Tagen eigentlich kein Problem mehr, wir haben sogar auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Vielen Dank Beatrice für den freundlichen Empfang und die guten Tipps.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Beatrice did an excellent job communicating. We liked the pastry shop and Todis food market that were nearby. We dined at the Boris restaurant and food was very good. Overall we had a good experience.

Convenient location

We stayed four days at this unit. Everything went well, the beds were great. The water in Rome is excellent far better than a lot of places we’ve experienced. The restaurants are very good just across the street. We tried four or five all regret. The bus transportation is right there one very important thing that I noticed was The building seems quite secure. It’s lockdown pretty good. But the best part is that the owner is not very far from you and if there’s any problems, she is great to handle anything. She handled our transportation and helped us above and beyond what we all expected. I can’t say enough about Beatrice what a wonderful lady.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was clean and excellent for our family. I would stay there again. We would Uber into the city for sightseeing and walk back. We loved exploring the city this way. There are plenty of places close at hand to buy food for the apartment and your stay.

The stay was wonderful and so was Beatriz. The neighborhood was a bit of a walk to the main areas of attractions. Bakery right downstairs but the staff was not very friendly to tourists, which is a shame because had they been we would have been there every morning. However, the apartment itself was excellent.

Perfect AC in Roma

This was the perfect apartment, tucked away for quiet nights of sleep, but still only a short drive away from the city attractions. We experienced a heat wave, so the apartment AC was perfect to have on when we returned each day. It was very nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living room, all the things. We enjoyed the coffee shop at the corner, and right across the street was a little grocery store, convenient store, McDonalds, ATMs, and many restaurants to walk to. We were able to catch a Taxi at the Taxi stop next to the Apt building a few times, but other times really needed the FreeNow app to schedule a taxi to come. Vatican was walking distance (~30 mins walk away), but we did need to allow at least 30-35 mins to get to central Rome attractions due to heavy traffic and waiting for Taxis. The owner was so nice, very communicative, and helped schedule airport transportation for us - highly recommend doing especially if you are a party of 4+ with 4+ checked bags. Would definitely come stay here again when we return to Roma!
