Elegant completely renovated apartment in the center of Rome, in one of its most peaceful corners. A choice for large groups of friends and families The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, shops for shopping and is well connected with several bus and metro lines near the house which allow you to move comfortably both on foot and using public transport . Ideal for those who want to see and experience the climate of the Eternal City.

The property is located on the second floor with lift in an elegant building. The apartment consists of a large entrance hall with living area and comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (with a queen size double bed), a triple bedroom (with a king size double bed and a single bed), a quadruple bedroom (with a queen size double bed and a double sofa bed), 2 complete bathrooms (one with shower and one with Jacuzzi tub). To complete the property there are smart TVs with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO (archive with over 1000 films and TV series in different languages), free fiber optic WIFI (very fast), air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, kettle, NESPRESSO coffee capsules, table and iron, excellent quality upholstery and furniture.

A wonderful flat with 3 big bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms!

The location is central enough to many of Rome's main attractions and accommodates tourists since there are several hotels in the area. It's also a close walk to the Roma termini train station. A few quarks to be aware of. There are 3 AC units in each of the bedrooms that work quite well; however, they cannot be run at the same time, or you will flip the building breaker. We were prepared & informed it might flip the breaker in the apartment but had to find someone in the building to show us how to flip the breaker in the main building, she was not happy with us. I appreciate that the VRBO hosts cannot respond immediately, but when this happened to us, it was getting dark, and we had dinner reservations, so we were panicked. The hosts finally responded, but we figured it out. You also need to be careful if you have several people charging phones, using the washing machine, blow dryer or the building breaker will go out again. We just needed to be mindful, and it was fine. When you arrive have the 3,50 euro per person in cash for all the days you are staying, even if you're just dropping luggage off. We were caught off guard and had to run to find a bank ATM because Euronet ATMs are a rip-off. Finally, we slept with the windows open because we couldn't all run the AC units and the noise if quite loud, so if you're ok with city soundscapes you'll be fine or wear earplugs. All in all we had an enjoyable experience and would book again.

Beautiful apartment near Roma Termini

Had a lovely stay in Rome! Beautiful apartment, convenient to the train station with 3 large bedrooms. Host allowed for us to drop off bags early while the apartment was being cleaned. We had a fuse blow that was inconvenient, but the manager was quick to respond. Would highly recommend!
