  • This spacious apartment is situated in the hearth of historic center, close to historical places as Piazza Navona (10 min), the Pantheon (5 min.), 10 minutes far from Campo de Fiori, 15 minutes far from St. Angel Castle and Fori Imperiali street.
    At the end of the street, the lovely square Piazza St Esutachio offers nice place to have your breakfast, a coffee or different restaurants for lungh and dinner.

    DESCRIPTION
    Residenza Sinibaldi is situated in an historical building dated XVI century owned, in ancient time, by the noble family of Sinibaldi.
    It is situated on the first floor, without elevator. Composed by 5 double bedrooms, with queen and king size beds, 4 complete bathrooms, two living rooms, one with a full equipped kitchen and a kitchenette for your breakfast.
    The apartment is enjoyable also for babies and children thank to a lot of toys, crib and highchairs. High raccomended for families, large groups of friends or business travellers that needs a bedroom each.

    A really good place to enjoy your own "roman holiday".

This place was great, very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 8. The host arranged transportation for us from the airport to the property and from the property to the cruise port which was very helpful.

The apartment is spacious and in a great location! The building is old, and the entrance smells like someone’s basement. Overall, the space worked for my family of ten. Lots of places close by to eat and a very convenient grocery store next door.

Great location. Walking distance to all the historical sights, even the Vatican if it's not too hot. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby as well. Tucked away on a side street so most of the apt is quiet, although the master bedroom gets noise from a bigger street. Apartment is very spacious and the manager, Gianna, was really helpful. WiFi could have been better as it was only strong in the main living room. But otherwise great place for 5 or more people!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great being close to many attractions and because of this you could visit them early when the crowds weren’t around. The hosts Giorgia and Fabio were so very helpful and the check-in went very smoothly.A great place to stay.

Place was centrally located just a block from the Pantheon and great shops and restaurants. Trevi Fountain was only a 10 minute walk from the residence. This place is in the middle of everything. Couldn’t ask for a better located place to stay with tons of sightseeing all around. Host was great. Only gripe would be for the five bedrooms (5 couples) only two sets of keys were provided. Made it hard for everyone to go off and explore while still being able to go back to the residence when needed. Actually caused a few arguments so if this was addressed then there would be zero complaints.

Great location in the older section of Roma near the Pantheon. Apartment was well outfitted and kept up with beautiful ceilings and fixtures. Many restaurants and places to visit nearby.

Great double apartment near Pantheon

The space in this double apartment was amazing. It really worked for our group of eight, The central location and the easy access to a taxi stand made travel easy, and the closeby Express market fulfilled all of our food and drink needs! All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Family Tour

Beautiful restored, comfortable for large groups, located near many famous sites with a grocery store and many restaurants in the area. Giorgio and Fabrio were wonderful helpful hosts. The entire group of ten highly recommends this incredible site.
