Room smelled like smoke but staff handled immediately. Room not serviced at all third night of a 3 night stay. Slight odor from the drains in the bathroom but reasonably priced, good location and efficient hotel if you just need a place to sleep and aren’t looking for luxury while in Rome.

Great location. Rooms slightly smaller than anticipated. The overall positive experience let down by the limited breakfast options.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and excellent location. The staff was helpful in everything I needed. The only thing I did not like is the cleaning service at the room. They only do it after 7 nights, if you want your room clean, you need to pay a fee. These details are not handful on the website or profile description, so for me, I will think twice if staying again here. I was expecting at least the same service as a Ibis hotel for that price. The hotel has good design and room are confortable. I liked you can provide with toilet amenities and towels on demand.

It was very easy to get to. It’s a short walk from town and there are so many piazzas to see along the way. Check in was a breeze and I loved the being able to unlock the doors with a code or my phone. The lady at the front desk was so courteous and helpful and they have lockers on site to store your luggage if needed. Room was extremely clean and had all of the necessities, including water. If you ran out, there was more downstairs. It was truly a great and convenient stay. The elevator was interesting and charming lol. I would recommend for solo travel or a couple looking to explore.

I loved my stay here. The room was perfect size for a solo traveler. I booked the Medium Room with Terrace and the terrace was gorgeous and HUGE. Comes with a table, two chairs, and an umbrella. The bathroom was as beautiful as the pictures show with the green marble. Everything was clean and updated. There are a few stairs before you get to the lift so beware if you have heavy luggage. The lift is also tiny and not air conditioned which is normal. Secure entry to the building and the room, daily free water. There’s a mini fridge, tea kettle, and assorted teas. They also have a wine opener and mugs/wine glasses. 10/10 overall and I’d definitely book with Numa again for future travels.

Self service hotel is new for me. Housekeeping is extra fee, no problem. Breakfast is not in the hotel. Not convenient for my aunt. It was a difficult walk for her. Easy walk for me. Breakfast was a 5 min walk. Took us a half hour. The room is simple. But it was clean and comfortable

Impressive high tech

I was quite pleasantly surprised with this place. A great affordable find in a great area. I was expecting an old inn, instead was welcomed with a modern remodeled design that clearly showed thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Comfortable with a great feel of community space. The hallway is impeccably clean and there is always coffee and water available. Note: There is no reception desk. All management is done via the web. I found it quite impressive. It takes a bit of adjusting but I think it works great as it allows for affordable prices. Water and AC sometimes had issues, but it was forgiven given that everything else worked well.
