メトロ駅近くで便利

ローマはメイン駅近くはとても宿泊費が高かったので、地下鉄駅周辺で探しました。ただ、入口が分かりにくいです。他のオフィスやスタジオ等いくつかのテナントが入っている建物で、入口扉の横の複数ある表示の一つにPAEADAISEと書いてあるだけなので、近くのホテルの人に聞いてやっと分かりました。インターホンでベルを押して、名前を言って開けてもらうという感じです。一度分かってしまえば、このホテルはバチカン市国にも近く、メトロ出口からすぐのところなので観光にも非常に便利でした。食堂らしい部屋は無いみたいで、朝食は簡単なものを部屋で頂きました。部屋の窓からは、街路樹の緑が奇麗で、市内中心部から外れている為、静かな環境で過ごしやすかったです。全体的に満足なホテルでした。

Excellent customer service. Franchesca was very friendly and welcoming. Location is very close to Metro station, only two stops from Spanish steps and 15-20 minutes walk from Vatican City. Clean bathroom. Clean bed.

4 adults, 5 nights Premium Quadruple room

Good value for money. Near to city centre, close (only 1 block) to bus & metro, bars and supermarket around the corner. Super friendly host Francesca makes you feel at ease. We had the Premium Quadruple airconditioned room, which met our expectations for 5 nights sleep and afternoon naps. When in Rome, will certainly book again.

Vicino alla fermata della metropolitana Lepanto. A 20 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro. Stanza e bagno di dimensioni confortevoli e sistema di chiusura porte all'avanguardia, che ti consente di non avere chiavi in tasca. Peccato per la pulizia e l'usura dei mobili.

Françoise est très accueillante, le quartier est calme et les transports sont proche. On peut même faire pas mal de choses à pied c'est super Tout est autonome et le vrai plus c'est la climatisation dans la chambre

Buona sistemazione

Camera essenziale, silenziosa e ben pulita. Il condizionatore funziona bene. Bagno non molto grande ma ristrutturato di recente. Molto comodo ai mezzi pubblici sia metro che bus. Zona residenziale tranquilla anche di sera.

wifi moyen_ tv moyenne_ odeur d'égout venant de canalisation dans la salle de bain_ draps de lits innommables_ 3 lumières de chambres qui ne marchent pas_ si vous ne venez pas à l'heure , la directrice vous laisse dehors_ aucune relation , communication avec la patronne , qui n'est jamais là_ j'ai failli dormir dehors_ tout est très compliqué dans cette hôtel fantôme_ FUYEZ!!

ti ho aspettato anche se avevi perso il diritto alla prenotazione perchè il mio check in chiude alle 13.30 e ti sei presentato alle 21 e ti ho fatto entrare !!!le luci si accendono tirando un cordino e non le hai sapute accendere sei arrivato per 4 giorni senza bagaglio e mi dici che la camera puzza di fogna ... sicuro che fosse la camera ? ti ho anche incontrato e mi hai detto che andava tutto bene salutiFrancesca

Logement très bien situé. Bon communication avec Francesca et très bon accueil de la part de son frère Pascal. Le logement est un intermédiaire entre un hôtel et une location de particulier. Ne pas chercher d'enseignes dans la rue. Le logement est très bien situé dans Rome, pas dans l'hypercentre mais dans un quartier calme et proche d'un métro. possible aussi de rejoindre à pieds plusieurs points touristiques. Le logement était propre. Il manquerait peut-être une ventilation dans la salle de bain mais c'est un détail

Near town.

Stayed here about 10years ago, thought I would come back. Very disappointed on stay when arrived staff put us up at a different location and then had a us move to their location the next night. Not good when you just traveled 13 hours. Rooms was dated, bed was hard. Thin walls can hear all around you. Stayed on the couple nights booked and moved to new location. Staff ready to shove you out the door at 10 am check out time. Not impressed and would not stay again.

Residence ideale per chi arriva da lontano e vuole vedere Roma. Perfettamente collegato alla parte centrale della città sia con pullman e con metro, camere semplici pulite e ben servite con climatizzatore e tv. Colazione continentale x accontentare tutti i gusti, personale molto cordiale e disponibile! Consigliato per chi non ha pretese alte :)

Happy vacation

The young lady was very amazing so happy and welcoming, always ready to serve you at anytime. Did not speak much english but try her best to help and make our trip a great one. I would recommend this place to any of my friends because we had a great time there and the company was an amazing one.

Super pension op een goede locatie

Super leuk pension met zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. De eerste ochtend waren wij te laat voor het ontbijt waardoor wij ontbijt op de kamer kregen van haar. Ook een zeer goed gevarieerd ontbijt. Verder was de accommodatie erg netjes en schoon en de badkamer ook erg keurig. Locatie is ook erg goed. Dichtbij de metro en op loopafstand van Vaticaanstad.

The worst hotel(절대 여기 예약하지 마세요)

첫날 도착하자마자 영어못하는 아주머니가 집주인이란 사람을 전화로 바꿔줘서 통화하니 내일 우리가 full booking이니 내일 다른데로 가라고 하더군요. 어이없지만 근처겠거니 비슷한 수준의 호텔이겠거니 했는데 왠걸. 지하철로 한정거장 떨어진 할렘가 같은 곳에 있는 게스트하우스였습니다. 심지어 화장실과 욕실은 공용이구요!!!! 절대 예약하지마세요 싼게 비지떡이라고 최악이네요

God beliggenhed til absolut rimelig pris

Sehr gute Unterbringung nahe Vatikan

Schlichte neu renovierte Zimmer, sehr gute Lage um Rom fußläufig zu erkunden, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, einfaches Frühstück aus frischen Croissants und allen Kaffee Variationen.

The staff in this newly remodeled location were friendly and helpful. However, the room and bed were quite small, and the walls were thin (lots of noise from the sitting room out front). Otherwise, this was a good (if slightly hard to find) location from which to explore Rome by foot.

Quiet neighborhood, noisy hotel

First off, this has to be the single noisiest Pensione I've stayed at in Italy—which is saying something. The pensione occupants themselves are very quiet but the inner courtyard neighbors are very noisy. You can hear everyone's business through your shutters (which you need to keep open for fresh air) all the time. Coughs, conversations—someone was running what sounded like a power saw at midnight! You hear it all. Very loud. The bed was okay comfort-wise but I'd recommend a couple of the free samples of Limoncello around town before hitting the hay at night, it'll help. Or earplugs. The noise/conversations/TVs didn't stop until about 2:30 am. The room itself is 2 star. It was fine. BUT they've duplicated the keys so many times that it's difficult to open your door and on one occasion I got locked in my room. That's right, locked in my room. And since there's no on on staff at the hotel aside from day time check in hours, I had to take apart my hotel room lock with my fingernail clippers just to get out of my room. Thank God I had them! I got numerous bites—good sized ones—on my body while sleeping there. I attribute this to mosquitoes that get in the room through the open shutters. I'm actually still trying to get rid of the bites. You're a few blocks away from a cluster of shops and restaurants, which is good and about 500 (or less) away from the subway stop of Lepanto—which is very, very handy and why I stayed here. Would I do it again? No. I think you can do better.

Vicino al vaticano e alla metro

Le cose più che positive della pensione sono state che la camera era confortevole e pulita ..anche il bagno era pulito....poi eravamo a pochi passi dal vaticano e di fronte come uscivamo dal portone avevamo la fermata della metro....e vicini tanti locali per mangiare e bere.... in una settimana di vacanza abbiamo cambiato 4 posti per dormire di cui anche un bed e brekfast e l'unica cosa che mi ha delusa del paradise e che non hanno fatto il cambio degli asciugamani......

Лучший вариант для непритязательных туристов!

Отель хороший. Расположение - отличное, рядом метро, автобусная остановка, Ватикан в 15 минутах ходьбы, рядом много кафе. Очень уютно, красивый дворик. Есть микроволновка и холодильник для еды. Администратор Мария - замечательный человек! Всегда поможет, все расскажет, все покажет! большое Вам спасибо! Один небольшой минус - мусор выносился через день, но мы целый день бегали по городу и, в принципе, нам это не мешало. Цена - качество соответствует.
