The apartment is very quite and very safe, and it is so central that you can easily walk to the most important sites: Coliseum/Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, Basilica San Clemente, Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

This apartment rental is located near the Roman Forum and the Colosseum in the area called "Monti" (just a few meters from the metro station Cavour), ancient neighborhood of the "Suburra " (the name means "area under the city"), mentioned in historical sources, that still today maintains a popular and characteristic flavor.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building of the 19th Century (with elevator and air conditioning) and it is composed of: one bedroom (queen size bed) with a small balcony that looks out on a good sized garden.

With the greenery and freshness of the garden, you would never guess that you are in the historic center of Rome.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door. The door has been painted with tromp l'oeil by the owner of the apartment and when opened forms, together with the decoration on the walls of the living room, a unique illusion.

Going down three steps you enter the dining area and corner kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and everything needed for preparing your meals). The tiles in the kitchen as well as the dining tabletop have all been hand painted by the owner, another example of the care that has gone into decorating this apartment. The original wooden ceiling tiles have been restored, giving the warmth of wood to the entire environment. The bathroom is decorated with travertine tiles and includes: w.c., bidet, sink and comfortable shower.

This location is perfect to walk to the most important sites like Roman Forum, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, Navona Square and more. Close to the apartment there is the Underground Cavour that can easily take you in few minutes wherever you like.
