Great location, Métro station close by, many dining options (try the Archetto right next door for lunch or dinner). Staff is very attentive. Everything is clean, room is quiet. 10/10 would stay again!

Lovely stay in Prati district. Close to Vatican.

Spacious room with amazing facilities, very clean. We ran into the man who runs this B&B a couple times and he was very nice to us. I would definitely recommend this stay if you plan on exploring the Vatican City, which is just a 10 minute walk from this hotel. From Prati district you can also walk to the Spanish Steps easily as well. My only recommendation for those staying here is to communicate about what time you plan to arrive for the check-in process. This B&B, like many in Rome, seems to be an apartment building converted to hotel rooms. As such, there is no formal concierge or hotel reception that you can easily check in at. You will need to message the staff what time you plan to arrive so they can let you into the building and give you the keys.

Fijn guesthouse en centraal gelegen

Wij waren door vrienden getipt over dit verblijf. Prima gelegen, in een soort van hofje achter een hek wat ons een veilig gevoel gaf en het was daardoor ook heerlijk rustig. Ruime kamer, netjes en schoon met de mogelijkheid om in de centrale ruimte (gratis) koffie en thee te maken, ook zijn er flessen met water. In de naaste nabijheid is er voldoende mogelijkheid om te ontbijten en ook zijn er meerdere restaurants op korte loopafstand. Tevens is er om de hoek een supermarkt. Wij hebben bijna alle bekende bezienswaardigheden lopend gedaan, prima te doen; Vaticaanstad is op een kwartier lopen en er is er een metrostation dichtbij. Zeker een aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig und man hört die anderen Hotelgäste in ihren Zimmern erzählen. Die Eingangstür schließt sehr laut, so dass man In der Nacht wach wird, wenn die Hotelgäste spät ins Hotel zurückkommen. Im Großen und Ganzen eine super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, bei der Preis Leistung stimmt. Man sollte allerdings bei der Buchung von Frühstück aufpassen. Während der Buchung steht Frühstück inklusive. Später bei der Bestätigung ist nichts mehr vom Frühstück erwähnt und somit nicht inbegriffen.

Hele fijne moderne b&b schoon en licht en ruim. Fijn keukentje waar je zelf je ontbijtje kan maken en eten. In de straat 2 prima restaurant's lekker dichtbij. Na een dag Rome is dat heel prettig. Zoals dit vindt je niet snel in Rome. Uitstekend echt een aanrader.

Das Hotel besteht aus 5 Zimmern und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Vatikan, die Metro und viele Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und durch die Lage im Innenhof auch ruhig. Die Wände sind allerdings sehr dünn. Laut unserer Buchung war das Frühstück in diesem Luxury Bed & Breakfast inklusive. Da der Mann an der Rezeption hierzu beim Check-In nichts sagte und quasi nie an der Rezeption zu finden war, fragten wir per E-Mail nach. Er schrieb auf (fehlerhaftem) Italienisch, dass es nicht inklusive sei. Auf unsere Rückfrage bzw. Beschwerde (die wir sicherheitshalber auf Italienisch schrieben), dass wir nachweislich inklusive Frühstück gebucht haben, kam keine Antwort mehr. Weder eine Alternative noch eine Entschuldigung wurde uns geboten - gar nichts. Service = 0. Der Checkout war laut Expedia um 12:00 Uhr. Der Mann rief uns zweimal gegen 11:30 Uhr an und schrieb dann eine E-Mail auf Italienisch, dass der Checkout um 11:30 Uhr sei. Es wurde sich somit zweimal nicht an die Buchung gehalten. Das größte Problem war jedoch, dass die Kommunikation auf Englisch sowohl mit dem Herren als auch mit seiner Kollegin kaum möglich war. Es ist mir schleierhaft, wie man in Rom ohne nennenswerte Sprachkenntnisse eine Unterkunft betreiben kann. Aufgrund des fehlenden Servicegedankens ist dieses B&B keinesfalls 5 Sterne wert. Man zahlt 7€/Nacht (!!) Bettensteuer, die wir beim Check-In doch bitte bar zahlen sollten, obwohl das Kartenlesegerät in greifbarer Nähe war.

Great B&B close to the Vatican

This a clean, modern and well equipped B&B. Although breakfast is not served on site the arrangement with a local restaurant is a perfect combination (we enjoyed the fresh croissants and cappuccino). Very close to the Vatican made for a short walk to meet out tour group for our tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica. We also walked to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. So much history here at our fingertips. It was so great to have a nice place to relax and stay each night to recharge for the busy and tiring days!

Molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Spostati in un'altra struttura, perché quella prescelta non aveva disponibilità. Stanza e bagno molto angusti, con dotazioni minime. Colazione non da b&b, fatta in un bar con un ticket. Prezzo eccessivo rispetto al servizio offerto, anche se Roma. Sconsigliato.

B&B Limpo, moderno e bem localizado

Hotel padrão B&B de excelente qualidade. Limpo, quarto moderno, limpo, confortável. Bem localizado para passear por Roma, próximo ao metrô. Apenas dois detalhes: recepção não é 24 horas, então precisa combinar bem o horário de chegada para não ter surpresas. E o hotel fica no 1.o andar, sem elevador. De resto, recomendo com tranquilidade.
