I had a great stay at Le terrazze. Every night after a busy walking day I came back to a clean room and a stocked kitchen with pastries and coffee. They were also kind enough to accommodate my dietary restrictions providing me with Gluten Free alternatives. Finally every time I had a question they answered me promptly. Thank you so much!!

Lovely accomodation

Lovely BnB The room was comfortable and temperate and was cleaned by staff daily and they would refill a most delicious cake box. Easy access around the city from the property 10minute walk to the colosseum and 2 minute walk to the subway and the shops.

Great little place to stay with wonderful hosts

Absolutely lovely people and we would stay again. They had helpful recommendations, were extremely friendly, etc. The place was quiet, air conditioning was good, and the breakfast vouchers were for a little bar down the street that made us a great coffee and had good croissants. If I have any complaint at all it's that the shower was too small and a little difficult for us to move in.

My stay at this local was superb. I had an excellent reception by the staff. I felt I missed nothing during my stay in Rome. The location was ideal for me . The owner did his best to ensure I was safe and even provided a taxi for me to get to the airport on-time. God bless you all

The staff at Le terrazze di San Giovanni were excellent, they provided great recommendations, made self check-in easy, and were overall very friendly and helpful on our trip. The neighbourhood is quieter than the areas of Rome we visited which was a nice relief. The restaurants in the area were great and felt authentic. We stayed in the rooms for 4 people and found them to be a decent amount of space for us. The Air conditioning worked well. The property is a bit older and the bathrooms are small, but don’t let that stop you from picking this place for a quiet place to rest. The terrace was nice for peaceful breakfasts and drinks at the end of the evening.

Hotel has great location walking distance from many attractions and Shopping. However, check-in was quite confusing there. Isn’t someone at the reception at all times so you must call to enter however, being from Canada we did not have a valid number to call. Also, the breakfast situation was quite confusing. The breakfast consist of packaged pastries, such as a muffins and croissants. We stayed six days and did not get a change of towels or linen. Our snack bag was also thrown out and it was not anywhere near a garbage can. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly.

Der Kühlschrank ist leider nicht zu gebrauchen da er drei Tage braucht um kalt zu werden. Die Möbel waren etwas deplaziert. Tisch vor dem Schrank. Man kommt kaum an den Schrank ran. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die große Gemeinschaftsterrasse läd zum Frühstücken ein. Und sauber war es. Es wurde jeden Tag nach Handtuchwechsel gefragt. Sehr freundlich alles.

Excellent location at a fair price

The location was very good. An easy. 20 minute walk to the Coliseum, but even easier. 4-minute walk into the Metro station which took us anywhere we wanted to go in Rome. The fact the fact that there was no parking available also proved to be no problem at all. This apartment is in a more residential area and street parking was readily available at only $8 a day. We found a spot about three blocks from the apartment, put in 16 Euro, and left the car there for 48 hours.

Une prise en charge parfaite du début à la fin : dès la réservation, avec des explications claires sur la remise des clés, jusqu’à notre séjour sur place.
