    This beautifully refurbished 55 sqm apartment in Rione Monti offers a cozy retreat in the heart of Rome. Located on the second floor of a classic Monti building, it combines warmth with modern comforts.

    Recently renovated following a long-term lease, the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom accommodates two guests, while the sofa bed in the living room sleeps up to two more. Fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, this apartment ensures a pleasant stay and easy exploration of Rome.


    The entire apartment is available for guests, featuring an entrance/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

    Air conditioning is available in both the bedroom and living room, cooling the dining area within minutes. There are two televisions both equipped with an Amazon FireStick TV device. Guests also enjoy free high-speed WiFi access.

    Please note that there is no elevator in the building, the house is located on the second floor.
