Fabulous location, short walk to the Spanish Steps and metro stop. Very clean and quiet room, AC unit worked well and was quiet. Room was cleaned everyday. Taxis park nearby so finding one is easy and fast. There are lots of shopping opportunities and dining as well.

LM Suites Spagna was in a perfect location. My family was able to walk to most tourist locations and plenty of restaurant options. We would stay there again anytime. Plenty of shops as well.

Great Property in Rome

We had an excellent stay at this property. There were three of us - we had the loft room and it was the perfect configuration. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Fantastic location near Spanish Steps with lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. Just keep in mind this property is on second floor and there is no elevator. Highly recommend.

Celebration trip

The Location of this property was excellent! With a selection of restaurants and shops close by. Quiet at night. Within walking distance of all the sights. Easy access Marta was very responsive with any questions & access to the apartment was seamless. Our room was beautiful full of character and charm.

The staffs are friendly. Our room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The property is near everything, drinking fountain, restaurants, shops and express grocery. We just walk. Reason I gave 4stars is because our AC was broken on our 2nd night. But Marta was very prompt in fixing it. We'll comeback for sure. 😁

Perfect Rome hotel

A lovely little hotel in the middle of Rome. Loads of restaurants around. There is a salumeria on the corner that makes sone of the best panini I have tasted. The room was cleaned daily and they provided bottles of water and cakes each day, which was a nice touch. There is no reception at the hotel but there is a spacious lounge area and patio. We had a marvellous stay.

Highly recommend, beautiful hotel & area

This is such a gem of a suite. Our room interior was beautifully designed, giving the Roman charm. Surrounded by shops from high street to boutique and chic cobblestone alleyways with some good Roman and modern restaurants. This is honestly such an experience staying in this area. We were also well taken care of by Marta upon checking in and out, and the man on reception was very kind. Grazie for a wonderful stay.

Great location but no elevator

Great location very centrally located walking or taxi stop near by. Quite enough for such a busy area and has a little supermarket close by. Water kettle in the room and loved the bread and pastries given. Towels and bedding all very clean. However if you get the three person room the loft is a head bumper haha. There is a kitchen in the shared area but you can’t use it, however the microwave is available if needed.

The property is amazing and the location is great ! Don’t be misled by the size of the room because it is compensated by a large roof top terrace with a large lounge and a complete kitchen at your convenience . Location, location, location ! You are walking distance to everything ! At worst you don’t want to walk, then it’s a $9 Euro taxi ride to the Vatican or even less expensive to the Colosseum . The property itself is absolutely lovely. The room we stayed in was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be more central, making it ideal for exploring the heart of Rome on foot. We also really enjoyed the shared living area and the fantastic terrace — a great spot to unwind after a day in the city. However, there are a few important things to be aware of. First, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to the second floor. Not a deal-breaker, but worth noting. The bigger issue for us was the lack of reception and poor communication with the host. Everything is done via WhatsApp, which in theory is fine, but only if the concierge is responsive. Unfortunately, on the day of our arrival, the host Marta was sick and completely unresponsive for several hours. We reached out for driving directions and parking info and received no help. Later, when she finally responded, she mentioned she wasn’t responsible for providing such information and also told us she wasn’t there to “babysit” us — which came off as incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi in our room, and I had an important Zoom meeting that day which I was unable to attend properly due to the lack of support. All in all, the property itself is amazing, but the concierge/host service was a big letdown. If the management improves guest support and communication, this place could be truly outstanding.

Great location, right by the Spanish steps, trevi fountain and roughly a 25/30 min walk to Vatican and coliseum. Very close to quite a few bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend staying here. It was perfect.

The property manager was very helpful and accommodating, best service I’ve had at a small hotel. I highly recommend staying here for the Roma experience. It is also nice that every attraction is within walking distance.

Good stay in Rome

This was a good stay and information provided by the owner. The room was perfectly for three people and close to most of the attractions. The only painpont areas to carry on the luggage two floors as we were travelling 20 days in Italy and had a big effort to reach that level.

The location is great. Rooms are lovely. Only thing is it says no children as it is an adults only building but there were children that were staying in the property so at times, was noisy. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and very close to the metro station. Thanks for a terrific week. Best,
