Clean, large and a great location. Great value for Rome and close to all the sites. Beware it is challenging to get in and no staff on duty. Be prepared to watch several What’s Ap videos to understand how to enter. Also you’ll be dragging your luggage up several steep flights of stairs. Shower drain is slow and couldn’t figure out the rain shower. Once settled in, all good though.
We only stayed one night before flying out. We didn’t receive info on how to get in until we were standing out front. The shower drain wasn’t working, so I wasn’t able to finish my shower before leaving in the early morning.
JoAnne was very helpful with arranging a taxi to the airport.
This place was great, very clean and quiet! Close to everything, most sightseeing places are within 20-25 mins walking distance. The communication was great and prompt.
This was not as advertised and highly over rated and over priced ! Room had no view and no windows with any sort of emergency egress or view or fresh air !! I think John the Baptist was held prisoner in the area where you see when looking out the window !! No elevator and too many steps up to the room!!! Make shift lobby area stuffed with storage bags probably dirty laundry !!! Shame on Expedia for carrying this hotel !!!!

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. but no elevator which made checking in/ out difficult with luggage up two flights of stairs.
Beautiful apartment in a very convenient area. Excellent communication with property manager. As in most Europe lodging...lots of stairs carrying luggage.
Surpassed our expectations.
Apartment was spacious and clean.
Location was excellent.
Communication was hard. Asked us many times when we would arrive but then nobody was there. Requested communication thru email but had to download a new app to speak to them. Room wasn’t ready as expected and cleaner needed access to our apartment despite requesting not to have anyone in. They store supplies in it.
Expect to carry your suitcases up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit.
Overall, it was a nice place and had everything we needed
It's terrible! It's not a hotel, don't have elevator, don't have reception, don't have any security, when I got there and found out I had to book another hotel and they declined to give my money back! No one should book this place.

I don’t believe there was any mention that no elevator was available for the 2nd floor apartment!
Although location was very good for getting around, the thought of staying in the very cramped apartment with nowhere to put toiletries, suitcases, hang towels, move around, was not.
I will say the two pluses were water pressure and nice towels.
Other then that, I would not go back!

Heating and cooling were big issues. No one is present at the reception. had to keep the windows open to keep the temperature of the room bearable. The heater won't stop taking the temperature to 35 C.
The other room had the temperature stuck at 18 C and that would feel freezing at night. I got a cold just dealing with the temperature.
Staff wasn't available upon check in. HSKP attendant had to give us our room key and they gave us the wrong room. I had to pay $90 Euro more due to their error. Because the staff wasn't available upon our arrival, I had to return the following day while trying to enjoy my vacation to provide a credit card.
There were a total of 4 rooms in the hotel and the hot water heater wasn't large enough to accommodate the guests, we had a cold shower. When I addressed it with the staff, they were unaccommodating and unresponsive. When I tried to speak with them about the conditions, they wouldn't answer the phone or acknowledge. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
Our stay could be summed up as 'Meh'. It definitely is not a 'hotel', but an apartment turned into an airbnb.
The pictures are deceiving. My boyfriend and I had the Danubio room in blue. It had no windows, except a fire escape that looks out into an ally that is surrounded by 4 walls and gets no light. It was also extremally small, and not as nice as it looked in the pictures.
My biggest issue was the mattress, as it is two twin beds pushed together, and they separate while you sleep. It was extremally uncomfortable, and it was impossible to sleep through the night. I asked if it was possible to move to another room, and they said that all the beds are the same.
It is also on the second floor, and the elevator does not work so you have to walk your bags up the stairs. There is never anyone at the front desk, which isn't a huge issue but it seems very hands off.
The location is what it has going for it. It was right next to Piazza Navona, and all the main attractions are within a 20 minute walk with a bunch of restaurants close by. Overall it was very clean, and quiet. The woman who I interacted with before and during my trip, was very helpful and attentive.

Lovely quiet week appointed room hiding behind closed doors in a simple building in the best location. I even loved the convenient after hours self check in. Walk up makes it difficult to carry luggage and they are very nice but not around much. Perhaps that is what makes it good value
