駅近い便利なロケーションのホテル。
駅から近く歩いて10分以内です。近くにコンビニもあり遅くまで営業しています。ローマ市内は大きくないので、徒歩でいろいろなところまで行けますが、地下鉄の利用も便利です。

繁華街の便利なエコノミー・ホテル
空港からローマに到着すると、たいていの人はテルミニ駅に着く。このホテルはテルミニから徒歩５分程度と近く、場所的には優れている。ただし、テルミニ周辺の治安は相変わらず悪く（特に夜間）、ローマの街は石畳で歩きにくいため、キャリーバッグなどの大きな荷物を抱えている場合は、テルミニからタクシーを使うことをお勧めする（特に女性の場合）。ホテルの設備は古いが、部屋はよく清掃が行き届いており清潔。

フロントの人が気さくなひとで楽しかったです。朝食はほぼ、毎日同じメニューですが、日本人なら美味しく食べられるはず。テルミニ駅から近くて、おすすめです。

コスト重視の方には○
テルミニ駅より徒歩圏内(10分以内)と観光スポットへのアクセスは良いのですが、部屋は狭く、セーフティボックス、WI-FI利用等が全て有料なのは頂けません。また受付の女性の声が小さく、英語も聞き取りづらかったです。

立地はよく、価格もよかった。朝食がついていたが、毎日同じメニューで、長期滞在だと飽きてしまう。有料Wi-Fiはつながりにくかった。コンセントは部屋に2個しかなかった。

The hotel was in the center of many great dining options. A quick walk to many key attractions around 15-20 minutes without being in the thick of it all. The street was a bit loud at night. I went at a time before air conditioning was turned on (May 2024) and the shutter windows were tough to figure out. Overall, a pleasant stay but the overall property was dated.

While it provided the bed we were looking for in Rome. We found the accomodation very basic and missing basic amenities. The rooms had limited to no sound proofing so we could hear the conversations, and television, of the room next door as well as anyone walking through the hallway.

Easy to get around location.
Only there for a few days. perfect location for getting around to see the sites. As far as hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillows hard & flat, for my liking. very small space(expected), no room amenities except hair dryer. If you want kleenex & wash cloth pack your own. only there to sleep.unfortunately our room was on level one street side. Garbage pick up was loud 3-3:30 am each morning. room was clean. Good price for room, compared to most for the area. Staff for check in very nice and had good advice for tourists.

The rooms were extremely small, there was no kettle to make a hot drink, there was no bar fridge and the staff were not overly friendly. We had to pay 5 euros a day for a key for the safety deposit box, when we’re obtained the key we assumed it was 5 euros for the duration of our stay, but no it was each day. The city tax had to be paid upfront in cash when you signed in. It had increased by 2 euros per person per day. Only good thing, it was walking distance to the train.

Property is well located near train station in a safe street. Room is outdated with an old bathroom and you can’t control the AC. Also didn’t have refrigerator.

Todo bien, no es un hotel 5 estrellas, por lo tanto no esperamos mucho. La zona donde está cerca de la central, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Todo queda cerca a pie. El único detalle es que uno de los recepcionistas me pidió mi tarjeta para “confirmar” los datos, pero muy extrañamente anotó todos los datos en una libreta. Inmediatamente bloqué mi tarjeta para evitar cargos o algo así.

Gammelt hotell, men OK. Sentral beliggenhet. Resepsjon, betaling og regnskap er utdatert. Alle opplysninger/bestillinger noteres på papir som ligger og flyter i resepsjonen. Vi opplevde veldig mye rot med betalingene både før og etter oppholdet. Skatter/avgifter må betales kontant uten kvittering.

Très bien placé, tout était à proximité, la chambre était très bien, le seul bémol c’est que ce n’était pas insonorisé. On entendait tous lorsque des personnes passaient dans les couloirs.

Nice and friendly staff and great location. But that is all. Furniture very used and the worst bed I ever had. You can hear everything including flushing toilet from the other room. This hotel should be on half price of what they asked and would need to invest some money.

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr günstige Lage um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Hatten ein Vierbettzimmer gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer mit zwei separaten Zimmern was sehr gross war. Waren rundum zufrieden.

Disappointing and not good value for money.
The room is as it looks in the photos , not very well lit at all, the bulbs aren’t bright. I had no hot water for two out of four days , you have to wait a while to get it and sometimes it just didn’t work. It is a good location, but their are very few amenities , you have to pay for wifi , can’t eat or drink in the rooms.. there’s just loads of little things that make the stay unenjoyable. It’s not good value for money, my friends stayed in a stunning modern hotel 1 minute away for just 20 euros more. Due to the lack of amenities, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone that plans on spending more than one night.

Dear Madame, th elight bulb need a couple o minutes to become bright as they are low carb consuming, the hot water was plenty 3000 liters on the top roof, just needed to wait as well a couple minutes if it was not there in a second. Wifi you where not charged for, since it is not included it is only a little extra. 5 eu two days. We are a traditional roman hotel 50 years experience, we are sorry you did not enjoy the flair.

There were many lists posted of things you could not do, for example no eating or drinking in the rooms. No loud talking or loins noises. Walls were paper thin, room next door had a party going on past midnight then TV was so loud, then more loud people in the corridor. Hotel staff did nothing about it, night was horrible there ……never again

Dear Sir. We are sorry your one night stay was on Saturday night of Carnival. Maybe if you would have phoned us at reception we could have asked for guests to be more respectful for silence. It would have been a pleasure to help you, it would have surely been better just by dialling 9 on the room phone. All our staff speaks good english. It was a pity you did not even bother saying anything during departure, where your wife thanked us for the nice stay. The hotel rules have a function in order to make sure the place stays nice and clean. Our rooms do not have a eating facility inside so we please ask our guests not to eat in the rooms for sanitary reasons.We have a our dining room for eating if requested. Healthy and Responsible drinking is encouraged instead. We have a sign saying not to eat ice cream or pizza inside the lobby or rooms in order to preserve our furniture from being stained and for guest to be able to enjoy a nice and clean atmosphere. We have a sign encouraging to leave your bags and trolleys in luggage area and not in any corner of the sitting area. This prevents from loud (luggage moving) noises and disorder spread in our relaxing area. We also invite our guest to not leave their belonging unattended during breakfast time in dining room while moving around to get their food and drinks, kindly suggesting to leave purses and bags in the room during this time. I hope you can understand our point of view and our disposability in order to let our guests have a great time when in Rome.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast and sitting area. Should have checked well confirmation email regarding size of room and bed. Also email says WiFi but does not specify if it’s free. Apparently the heating was turned off at some point during the last night. It is also turned on at 5 PM which was not a big problem during my stay because of the outside temperature.

Great for a cheap city break!
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Good location, we managed to walk everywhere from the hotel and very close to the train station/metro/bus links etc. The room I booked was small and basic (standard single) - but for a city break where I spent little time there it was perfect - and for the price I paid was great. Breakfast not great - however there are many small cafes in the area, and it very much depends on your own personal preference. However considering it was one of the cheaper hotels I found I was impressed by the standard and cleanliness and gave us more money to spend on Rome - which can be expensive!
