立地はどこへ行くのも便利で、周りには、飲食店やスーパーもありとてもいいです。 ホテルの1階にカフェもあるので利用してました。部屋や設備などは写真通りです。 スタッフの方がとても良い方で、丁寧に説明してくれたり、毎日笑顔で挨拶してくれたりと楽しく過ごせました。

便利な立地
どこに行くのも便利な立地が魅力的です。特にコロシアムまでは近いです。周辺には美味しいレストランもあり、夜遅めでも人通りがあるので、安心して歩けました。部屋は広めで天井も高く、快適に過ごせました。

観光に便利
コロッセオやフォロロマーノに近いです。ベネチア広場にも徒歩で行けます。地下鉄カブール駅からも近いです。飲み物は自由に利用でるマシーンがあり何度も利用しました。延泊にも快く対応していただきました。バスルームはやや狭くシャワーのみですが快適です。市税金はキャシュ払いでした。 また利用したいと思います。

テルミニ駅やコロッセオなど徒歩圏内です。受付の対応はとても親切です。近くにローカルスーパー、エキスプレスがありお土産も安く買えます。

ローマの主要な観光地に近く至極便利な立地です。部屋はやや狭いものの許容範囲。シャワーブースは狭く、あまり身動きが取れない。 一人旅や節約旅行者には良いと思います。

コロセウムにも、地下鉄にも近く。どこへ行くにも近い。特にサンピエトロインビンコリ教会に近い。
全てがパーフェクト。フロントは我々夫婦の名前をすぐに覚えてくれました。カブール通りの裏手には多数のレッストランがあり、気に入ったレストランには三日続けて行きましたが、ほとんど常連で皆、顔見知りになりました。

The staff was outstanding. The room was super clean. Hotel location was walkable to the Colosseum and the subway stop was only a short walk. The staff recommended the Benso restaurant, which close to the hotel and the best food we had while in Rome.

Excellent choice. Loved this quaint hotel. Easy, friendly check-in. Greeted each time we went in or out the door. Easy checkout. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

This small hotel was very convenient and adequate for our needs… overnighting in Rome Very close to major tourist sites. Don’t know about all rooms but our was extremely small… a large man would have a lot of difficulty.

incredible stay in amazing location
amazing stay at a cozy hotel only 3 walking minutes from The colosseum and The metro station Cavour (only one stop from termini). The staff was extremelly warm and welcoming, The rooms where confortable and we would definitely stay there again.

Property was in a great location in regards to restaurants and the Colosseum. Shower was hot and room was clean quiet even from street noise. One thing we didn’t like was our top sheet for our bed or beds was a curtain. Same curtain which was on the window. Very uncomfortable.

A new go-to place to stay
This place is in an amazing central location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. A/C was a nice bonus as not all places in Europe have it. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends

Since the moment we arrived the staff was very helpful. This hotel is one block from the Colosseum and walking distance to other main attractions, surrounded by local shops and a variety of restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Overall we had a great experience.

Amazing location, only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum! Very friendly staff who always had a smile on their face and liked to have a chat. Reception and bar was stylish, and yum baked goods were available. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great property and amazing location. Also the staff was awesome. They were super helpful and went out of the way to make us comfortable. For a family of 4, this hotel with the size of the rooms, excellent air conditioning and amenities is a great option.

Good location if you wanna stay close to Colosseum
Hotel was about 5 mins walk away from Colosseum. Rooms were old & would need renovation. Staff was friendly at the start but could improve though they told us they booked taxis for us but the bookings were later missing. Staff also told us not to que for tickets to Colosseum or Vatican city since they were sold out. We qued for both & got tickets. If you wanna live close to Colosseum this is the spot for it.
