Great rooms in a great location! Room was cleaned every day and the staff were really helpful with recommendations and also looking after our cases after we checked out. We would definitely stay again!

The area was super convenient. It was close to the Vatican, and one could take a daily stroll to Castle St. Angelo or St. Peter’s Basilica. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was very spacious, particularly for a family of 4. The staff were very helpful. The only drawback was that the shower clogged easily. Otherwise, everything was great. I would recommend it to anyone travelling with family, and I would happily go back.

Great location walkable to Vatican museums especially for a few days - was a bit cramped for a family of 5 but was manageable. Came during a time when construction was happening right below our apartment so was a bit noisy in the morning. Seemed to be done by the time we left though. Would come back again!

The kitchen was equipped with microwave, stove and cooking utensils. I bought new sponges to wash the dishes as they had them but used. Expected condition of the utensils to be used but overall good. The shower was ok but its shower floor has many stains (we used flip flops. Overall the suite we stayed was good and perfect for a family of four. À bit on the expensive side but we needed a type of apartment to cook in and one where you could arrive and be greeted (regardless of flight delays etc) it is staffed between a specific range of hours. Please verify in the description. Thanks

Property was in a good location and is situated on the 5th floor. It didn't really have a reception, but a member of staff was about to let us in and allowed us to check in a little early. The roof terrace is lovely but sadly the very stylish outdoor furniture they have doesn't work very well in the sun as it gets too hot and loses strength. As far as we could tell (or told) there is no way to buy drinks there, so we just bought our own from a supermarket down the road. The room we had, suitable for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) was tight, but the beds fitted well and the double bed was comfortable, and other beds suitable for kids. The beds were made up with only sheets and it wasn't that warm, but we found blankets in the cupboard. Some of them smelt very musty, but the fleece ones were ok. Doubt they get cleaned very often. Facility wise, the room had a full size fridge and a microwave, but no kettle, mugs, cutlery, crockery or glasses (did have disposable plastic cups in the bathroom). That seemed odd. As far as we were aware, there were no communal facilities either. Overall, for the price, it did the job for a family of 5 visiting Rome for a couple of nights. But we wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.

The water boiler was filthy and they still didn’t clean it after numerous times complaining. There was nobody there to help you and the maintenance door was always locked. Coffee machine was dirty. We could never use it.

The hotel was definitely dated. Shower was always clogging. AC did not work properly. The WiFi was not working. The room felt dirty, amenities were not useful in any way shape or form. The only thing I appreciated about this stay, was the roof top view. Much rather have slept there. Nonetheless Expedia is big on charging all charges before the stay. As in my receipt sent to me, I can see that I was charged the local tax. Yet the individual charged me an additional “local tax fee” that I had already paid in my stay. Never got my receipt for anything. Definitely would say sketchy.

The place was clean and well-kept. Although there was no staff sitting at a desk like a typical hotel, the manager or owner was very responsive and helpful. It worked out fantastically for our family of five adults. Much better than a standard hotel room!

The room was clean, the rooftop view is ok, it’s close to the Vatican. This is not a hotel which I was confused, it’s more like a hostel because there’s no reception or reception area, you have to go in through a door after ringing, then go the the 5th floor in an old tiny elevator, then ring another door, the person in charge lives in a room where he takes your documents and takes copies of them, not very secure in my opinion. The AC didn’t work and the shower drain was clogged, but Nico the attendant fixed it. The shower did not have a place to put anything, the tiny packets of shampoo and shower gel was not enough. I would not recommend it, because it was expensive like if it was a nice Hotel.
