Very nicely located around all the attractions. Staff greeted us when we arrived and had our room ready before check in. Lovely and very pleasant. Clean and spacious compared to other places we have stayed in Rome. A lot of shopping available safe area and many great restaurants around.

Our first stay in Rome and we chose this hotel for location and the good reviews. It was a short walk to most everything we visited in terms of the big attractions and there were many restaurants near by. Our suite was roomy, having a separate eating area, and balcony. Bed was relatively comfortable but comforter was dirty, and the floors weren’t the tidiest so that put us off. Otherwise it was relatively clean. If you are booking, please make sure you call ahead to discuss your arrival and departure times. Gaining access otherwise would be difficult as we did not see anyone after our check in until the day before checkout. In the heat of summer the “cooler” (mini-fridge) didn't cut it for cold drinks and there was no access to ice. Air conditioning was also not up to North American standards. We did feel safe in the area. Would not stay again though.

Contacting property is definitely difficult as they aren’t on property or answer. I did arrive 30 mins early and cleaner was rude as i was trying to come up. I had a hard time opening the door and he got frustrated with me. Push do not pull! In my defense we both might have had language barrier but i really didn’t like that. Once inside i was able to speak to him in a language we both understood and we both warmed up and i felt better. Other than the door, other things to consider are the extremely small elevator. Do not book if you have large luggage or willing to climb 4 flights of stairs. The room its self was clean and i enjoyed the balcony. Location was very nice. I wouldn’t mind staying here again they just need better communication. I appreciated my stay.

Overall very nice

Great location near Spanish steps, nice staff service, nice bed, spacious room.. Only complaint is the water tank of coffee machine needs to be cleaned well.. as we noticed molds build up

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the property. The place was extremely conveniently centrally located walkable to many major attractions. It was surprisingly quiet given its central location in a busy shopping district. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and even provided us with a needle and thread to mend a ripped garment. Staff were easy to reach with questions if needed.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was a clean environment and we were near a variety of attractions. We had a couple bumps in the road such as the WiFi information being outdated and a couple leaking windows. The room was pretty small but it was just big enough for a short stay. We were happy that they allowed us to store our luggage. It was overall a good experience.

We loved the location and the cleanliness! However, to get to it you must use a tiny and I mean tiny elevator. They are on the fourth floor. It is “normal” for this type of beautiful boutique hotel in Rome.

The suite and staffs were wonderful, the check in was a bit tricky due to lack of instructions. A bit difficult to catch a taxi but everything was walkable. Lovely place, highly recommended everyone to stay, it was spacious and clean. We arrived earlier than the normal check in time but they accommodated us regardless. Wonderful location. Will come back in the future!

Just keep on mind that this is suits NOT a hotel. We stayed for a couple nights and we don’t regret. They are very well located, Since they are not a hotel, I recommend you to contact them with the details about the time of your arrival. The biggest concern is the elevator: VERY SMAL (350 kg), and the suits are located at the fourth floor!

Guests need to be mindful that there is no front desk, which was clearly indicated so that was on us, not the hotel. The location was amazing, and the room was beautifully decorated. We were very happy there. The water was not always hot in the morning although it was lukewarm enough for a shower. The hose option in the shower did not work. The bathroom is very small, could use a little bit work, but very comfortable. I would recommend this as a great place to stay if you want to be in city center. Location was perfect.

The property is in a great location in Rome. The room was spare and small, especially the bathroom. The bed was a little hard and the pillows even harder. It would have been nice to have had a staff person around to answer questions and offer advice, but after just quickly giving us the keys, the staff person was never seen again.

The photos of the property haven’t been updated in many years online, we had an okay room but it was very small and the shower and bedroom were not very clean. There were hairs in the shower and bedding looked old and in need of a refresh and a pillow was stuck in the ceiling beam from a previous guest (?). For one or two nights it’s okay but after that the space would get very cramped and would likely cost a lot as you had to pay for extra towels etc if you wanted them refreshed daily. The location was amazing and central to everything we wanted to see but contacting the building manager was very difficult. We buzzed the door when we arrived with no answer, after buzzing several times we were lucky that another traveler from the same hotel happened to come by and inform us that when you buzz the manager is alerted and will arrive shortly. This was worrisome as were traveling in from Canada and would have had no other way to contact the building manager a simple “hello I’m on my way” on the other end of the buzz would have been very comforting in that moment. On top of this we had them doing construction on the units around us at 7 am which was alarming as we were not warned about this upon arrival, after arriving on a red eye flight the last thing we wanted was to be awoken by very loud drilling at 7 am. All things considered it was an okay stay for a short trip to Rome but wouldn’t be our top pick for our next trip.

Do you know why the streets of Rome are so clean? Read on…there is no on site staff or service, which would be fine if there was a commitment to service. After sending multiple unanswered emails and hang ups when we called directly, we checked in after an 1.5 wait outside the property with all of our luggage. Once we were checked in, we were shown our room. It was small but manageable. We had paid extra for a balcony which we discovered fit two people standing only. There were flower pots filled with cigarette butts. All of this was not amazing but manageable. Then the AC stopped a few mins after got there. The staff person was still on site so we asked and he said it would be on in 10 minutes. We went out and when we came back the staff person was still there and said he was waiting on the AC technician - on a Saturday night at 10pm? Doubtful. We went to bed and left the balcony window open. During the night the garbage trucks, the recycling trucks and the street cleaner cleaned up the streets of Rome under and near our room 😂 Since the first night we did not see or hear from a staff person. We emailed 3 times, asking for an update, a fan and to advise the wifi was not working with no response. after multiple calls someone answered the phone and said they would be at the property in 20 mins. We did not see anyone.I have never left a review but this hotel (or whatever it is) is madness. We haven’t slept in 2 nights. Btw the elevator fits 1. Location is 5 stars.
