Overall a good stay here. My only problem was that it looked like there was some mold in the shower area in our bathroom. The rest of the room was great and very clean. Very walkable and also had metro stations close by.

Overall good room, great service and location

A very central location and everything walkable , providing it’s not summer! Rooms very dark in decor, comfortable but dated. Shower cubicles very small and spent a lot of time picking it off the floor and inadvertently turning off the water or banging my head on the door in the shower but otherwise functional.

This is a mini hotel inside a large older building in a great location. The building has been converted to multiple mini hotels, condos, and apartments. It's fine for people with a sense of adventure, but not great for people looking for the amenities of a traditional hotel.

The contact with the staff in advance was amazing and kept us updated and gave wonderful ideas for eating out and the offer to store our bags for the day was wonderful and meant we could walk around without the hassle. The room itself was quite dark and dusty. Although the room didnt have a great view we didnt mind as we only stayed the one night. The pillows could do with updating and the ones in the wardrobe we didn't use as they smelt musty. Overall the features in the entrance hall and the entry to the suite was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at Domus Livia. Near the Roma Termini station within 12 minutes walking distance. The room was good and spacious. The design inside the building is old, so don’t expect a super fast modern elevator, with fancy smart door room locks. Friendly staff, very kind. Budget friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it.

Very good and safe location and walking distance to metro and many points of interest .The area has good facilities such as supermarkets,shops,taxi ranks and restaurants and walking distance to Roma Termini.Checking in was very easy as the front desk may not be open and is not opened 24 hours.The staff were very friendly,welcoming and happy to accommodate all your needs with daily housekeeping.We would definitely stay here again.

Domus Livia

We spent only one night at Domus Livia after taking the train from Florence. Small boutique like hotel. Good location, and very close to Termini station. The hotel staff did a very good job communicating the check in procedure. The front staff is only available until 7 PM. We did arrive a little after and she was still there! Very nice. Very accomodating! Breakfast in am delivered to your door!

Es un hotel un tanto viejo pero tiene encanto. La cama cómoda y el baño amplio y limpio. Nos cambiaron todas las toallas el segundo día. Va bien el wifi y el aire acondicionado. Está muy céntrico y paradas de bus y metro cerca. En una buena calle, de las principales. Repitiría. Un pequeño fallo es que no repusieron los geles y el rollo de papel higiénico se acabó y no había ninguno de recambio. Eso es incómodo para el cliente y fácil de remediar de antemano.

Funcionária com atendimento impecável, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A única queixa foi a água do chuveiro que no primeiro e último dia não esquentavam e o bidê que entupiu no primeiro dia, mas logo foi resolvido. Voltaria com certeza
