We only stayed in Rome one night before our flight early the next morning but we wish we would have stayed at this place longer. The location cannot be beat! Easy walk to Colosseum and restaurants/bars/gelato! Parking a bit tricky but there are two parking garages within minutes of walking distance to the property. Apartment is very clean and very roomy for three of us (one adult plus two teenagers). Has a nice courtyard with outdoor seating. Loved the espresso machine. Overall awesome place

Points forts: emplacement, communication, arrivéePoints faibles: douche, propreté, exactitude de l’annonceCondo bien situé mais impossible de prendre une douche. 5 nuits, 3 personnes, eau de douche soit brulante ou glaciale, JAMAIS d’eau tiède, gros problème de plomberie. Le condo est beaucoup plus beau sur la photo, un peu décevant. Plancher revêtement céramique à l’aspect sale, un peu de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Pas de laveuse et très peu d’espace de rangement.Télévision ne fonctionne pas et plusieurs fixtures de lampes brisées.

We couldn’t have wished for more! Perfect location and host, Silvia and Lapo could not do enough to make our stay perfect. You really are immersed in Roman life and feel like a local. The apartment is within walking distance of all the major sights and some wonderful restaurants and shops. Can’t recommend enough. See you again soon!

Soggiornare in questa casa è stata un'esperienza incredibile. Fin dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti ospiti e respirato aria di casa. Situata nel quartiere Monti vicino a tutte le atteazioni piu' importanti di Roma. Un grazie va alla proprietaria, persona per l'acxoglienza e per la sua disponibilita'.di Roma. Cosa re altrvolte.

We stayed two nights in Silvia’s unit. Here are our thoughts:PROS-Beautiful property with a lot of history that the host shared with us. -The host was willing to be flexible with check out time-Very convenient location in Rome, very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby-The host was very easy to communicate with after check in and solved our wifi problem once we brought up the issue CONS-The bathroom was generally unclean, with mold in and around the shower -The wifi was not working until our second morning- the dishes were not clean in the cupboard, but supplies were available to clean them yourself. -We were not staying in the unit that we have reserved, and while the unit she upgraded to was beautiful, there was not a notification beforehand that the unit we booked would not be available upon our arrival -We had specified a check in time prior to arrival and we had to wait 45 minutes outside the property for the host to arrive to let us in due to extenuating circumstances (which we do understand). However, she made no alternative arrangements and did not communicate her ETA despite insisting we wait for her. -As the host was showing us the way to our unit, she made unsavory comments regarding race/ ethnicity after an encounter with another person in the unit. While our trip to Rome was brief, we don’t have any regrets about booking a unit in this neighborhood. It provided great access to many tourist destinations while still being quiet.

The check in experience was difficult as someone other than the host was there to check us in, the other guests arrived before me and were given keys to a different apartment which was rented by someone else. We ended up resolving this but there were safety concerns as this could've led to an uncomfortable experience. The apartment does not have any working WiFi even though it was listed three times on the amenities for this apartment. The shower was not very clean when we checked in and there was half eaten food in the fridge. The apartment was freezing at night and there were not blankets on the bed, the host had to come and find blankets in the apartment for us. The location was very nice and convenient for waking around, lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall the place was fine, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the many inconveniences we faced on our vacation.

Nos alojamos 3 noches durante febrero del 2025, 4 personas. Para ingresar al departamento, tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos en la puerta, habiéndole avisado con antelación que estabamos llegando.El departamento estaba en una excelente ubicación, sin embargo, no contaba con los servicios esenciales para un viajero. No tuvimos wi fi durante toda la estadía y lo que dice "heating" consistía en una estufa eléctrica, no calefacción, y un aire acondicionado que agobiaba el entrepiso y nunca llegaba a quienes dormían en la planta baja. No dormíamos más de 3 horas debido a esta situación. El día que llegamos, notamos muy frío el ambiente, nos extrañó que no lo hayan templado sabiendo de nuestra llegada, le dimos tiempo, pero nada cambió.Respecto al wi fi, le avisamos a la anfitriona que no funcionaba, y su solución fue que vayamos al patio al lado del router.Este alojamiento empañó nuestra estadía en esta hermosa ciudad. No nos sentimos para nada cómodos, no veíamos la hora de irnos, no lo recomiendo.

Silvia was very pleasant during our whole stay. It was exactly what we were looking for with an authentic Italian residence. Close but far enough away from all the touristy places. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Leider ist die Wohnung in einem sehr abgenutzten Zustand, es reichte aber für unsere Zwecke aus. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Gastgeberin wenig in die Instandhaltung und Ausstattung investiert. Eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden, sondern man musste seine Klamotten bei der Gastgeberin abgeben. Bei den Bettdecken hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Sauberkeit insgesamt nicht gewährleistet war. Wir hatten von Beginn an kein heißes Wasser, als wir die Gastgeberin diesbezüglich kontaktierten, warf sie uns vor, den sich in ähnlich marodem Zustand wie der Rest der Wohnung befindlichen und offensichtlich bereits vorher unfachmännisch „reparierten“ Boiler kaputt gemacht zu haben. Anschließend wollte sie die Rechnung erhöhen, um die Reparatur zu zahlen. Als die Gastgeberin dann noch mit weiteren gelogenen Vorwürfen weitermachte, haben wir Kontakt mit FeWo aufgenommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war schlecht. Sie wirkte gehetzt und unruhig. Hierzu kamen im Verlauf falsche Vorwürfe und Drohungen, dass sie die Miete erhöhen würde. Der Ton der Gastgeberin war feindselig, sie machte inkohärente Aussagen und wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

Esse loft é uma delícia! A decoração é muito autêntica e o prédio onde está faz a gente se sentir residente de Roma. Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado, nada nos faltou. Tivemos um problema com a água quente durante a estadia que acabou atrapalhando nossos planos pois nos atrasamos para sair e a pressão da água era bem fraca. Mas fora isso correu tudo bem e Silvia nos atendeu muito bem.

Silvia is a fantastic host and this apartment is well located a short walk from both a metro station and also not far from Roma Termini. It's also in a quiet neighbourhood with good restaurants and within walking distance of the Colloseum. We had some slight issues with the shower (temperamental going from very hot to cold), we couldn't seem to get the WiFi options working for us, but other than that we had a great stay

I had an amazing stay here! Silvia was incredibly welcoming, helpful and just so kind from our arrival to our departure. Communication and host was 10 stars! The loft room was so cute and great to relax in after walking miles a day. The location is perfect—within walking distance to all the major sites and nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with fantastic food options just down the street. I loved it so much that I'm already planning to book for friends next year! Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft war für uns drei perfekt! Ein kleines Paradies mitten in Rom ... sehr ruhig gelegen ... idyllischer Innenhof ... raffinierte Innenaufteilung ... Ein herzliches Dankeschön vor allem auch an unsere Vermieterin: sehr freundliche Begrüßung, ausgesprochen unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Bei jeder weiteren Romreise würeden wir als erstes versuchen, das Quartier wieder zu buchen. :) Petra
