What a delightful place and hostest. If you want a traditional authentic full of culture, music, art and safe..This is it. It's within walking distance from restaurants, shops, most importantly the colusium and Termini, which is where you arrive from the airport. There are buses near by. Local transport takes you to the vatican and other historic places. I was so excited and pleased with this place because it was convenient and affordable. The area is nice and safe. Thanks Silvia for your hospitality and amazing service!!

All good generally. There are some external shutters, but it would be good if there were some internal curtains, as there a 24 hour security light opposite the window. Could also do with some more mugs and plates.

We stayed at a VRBO apartment in Rome and overall had a good experience, with the biggest highlight being the location. It was about a 15-minute walk to Roma Termini and also very close to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Everything was extremely walkable, which made it so easy to explore the city on foot.Silvia was a great host—very nice, helpful, and with excellent communication throughout the stay.Overall, a very convenient and well-located base in Rome for sightseeing.

良かった点 : ロケーション
The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It is close to everything including major landmarks, great restaurants and wonderful shops. Silvia is a lively host and shared some of her family history and history of the building with us. It was a safe location, A/C was perfect after hours in the Roman sun. wiFI was not great but we were there to experience Rome, not stare at our phones! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome and would happily stay here again. The apartment is on a charming, quiet street in the heart of Monti, which ended up being our favorite neighborhood in the city. The location was perfect for exploring Rome, with so many great restaurants, cafés, and sights within walking distance. Silvia was fantastic—friendly, incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with, and even did our laundry, which was such a thoughtful touch during our trip. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of four (including two tweens), and the air conditioning was a huge bonus during Rome’s hot summer weather. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. I would absolutely give this apartment 5 stars. The only minor note is that the interior could use a bit of updating. The listing photos are a little more polished than how the apartment looks in person. That said, it was clean, comfortable, and the wonderful location and exceptional hospitality more than made up for it. Highly recommended!

We loved the quaint Monti Area. The lively restaurant scene makes it even more fun. Cavour metro stop is around the corner & 1 stop from Termini train station. The Coloseum & Forum are within easy walking distance too. You can get on bus 118 by Colosseum Metro & tour the Catacombs - a good tour to do on your own. The Trevi Fountain & Pantheon are about a 20-30 minute walk from apartment. The host is wonderful & very welcoming. She will help you with taxis & tours & responds quickly to your emails. She speaks English very well. Additionally she or her employee is onsite every day. The apartment is easy to access -1 key to building & another to apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor - a great feature after a long day of sightseeing. We would rent this apartment again - quiet location & great A/C.
