Dear Mattias,Thank you for choosing Dharma Style Hotel for your short stay in Rome.I read your comment with regret after not having received information about your complaints while you were present in the Hotel.I would like to inform you that when you have booked you room, at the time of booking, you have received all the information through your mail box regarding of the location of our reception, the city tax, check in time etc.Our Hotel is located in the historic center of this wonderful city and is housed in an ancient and important building. Our reception is open 24/7 to provide our guests with an excellent support service, in order to make their stay as pleasant as possible.All our rooms have been recently renovated, style, comfort and services. The rooms all have double windows for soundproofing, the cleaning service is daily and scrupulous, as evidenced by the reviews and the very high score, almost the maximum.All our rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, mini bar, safe, ecological courtesy line, kettle for preparing coffee and tea.Our wellness center is not included in the daily rate as it is for the exclusive use of two people to offer an excellent service.our breakfast buffet is an American buffet with a large variety of products, both sweet and savory from our internal pastry shop, rigorously with fresh ingredients.We look forward to welcoming you back as our guest in the future.Kind regardsNiloufar R.Front Office Manager
