Staff was helpful and accommodated our time of check in. Property was in a nice location as near termini and other amenities. The only down side is that there was dust everywhere, and the finish of the whole room and bathroom was tired. Definitely needs tying up loose ends and slight bit of modernisation Also the TV did not work

The hotel is good the location is fantastic close to everything you need. 15 minutes from the colosseum. It is small hotel more like an apartment with separate rooms. The room is a bit smaller than the pictures, the bathroom in the room is sooo small and it had bad smell coming from it like sewer smell which was a problem during the night because the bathroom is inside the room and sometimes bugs would come from it although it was clean and the room is clean. You need to arrange with them for your arrival as there is no reception available all the time. Andrea was very communicative through WhatsApp and she shared with us some advices about nice restaurants in that area. Also room cleaning is available and they change the towel whenever we requested.

The space was a nice space and we were able to walk from the train station. There is no one manning the front desk which requires you to connect with the owner so that there is someone on site to meet you. The staff helped secure a taxi for the next morning. It is far from many of the sites, but we only needed the room for one night so it worked out well for us.

Excellent value for money location in Rome. Room was clean and spacious. Close to Termini station and tourist sites. Check in easy and Andrea was extremely helpful during check in and with recommendations for food close by which were all excellent!

This one was a hard one to rate as the location was amazing and the staff were so kind and extremely easy to get a hold of, but the room was really run down and smelt terrible… the bathroom was gross… the toilet seat was half off, shower wouldn’t drain and it smelt awful. We were ok but there were a lot of stairs just for anyone with mobility issues. There is an elevator but then you still need to take a few flights of stairs. We made due, but for the price it really wasn’t worth it.

Amazing stay definitely would comeback

It was an amazing stay! The people in charge of the hotel were all super nice and the hotel was well kept. The owner was kind enough to share restaurants recommendations around the area, and they were all pretty good. Overall, it’d be a place I recommend to everyone going to Rome - it’s also in a super convenient location near all the historical sites. Thank you so much for the warm welcome !
