It’s an amazing location! With a lot of options for things to do right next to the accommodations. Be warn if you’re a light sleeper the walls between suites are very thin, but other guest were very respectful.

Extremely good deal within walking distance of Colosseum. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fresh water bottles and clean towels every day. Comfortable bed. WiFi a bit weak but ok. For what we paid I highly recommend this guess house. Would definitely book again!

Located just down the road from the Colosseum. It is just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk to almost everything you want to see. The staff was very friendly. Valeria checked us in. Such a sweet person and very helpful with all of our questions. You order your breakfast the night before and they deliver it to the room at the time you request. The breakfast choices were excellent. Great place to stay!

Colosseo close to all.

Valeria the receptionist was helpful. However, cell phone reception was terrible and also the fact that there was no one there at night made me very uncomfortable. I tried Valeria as she gave me her phone number but only received texts. I firmly believe the reception is awful because I had to go to the bathroom window and put my phone outside. I saw others in the building doing the same things. Not sure if they were guests or residents?

The owners and staff members of the property are very friendly and cant do enough for you. They even sat down and explained all of the metro routes and bus routes in case we wanted to take them. The rooms are of a very good size especially for the money. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety on offer. If going to Rome again I would definitely stay here its on the door step of the Coliseum too!
