My mother and I loved this place. From the minute that we arrived until we left, our stay was terrific. This is a hidden gem, a perfect spot, near all the main points, and within walking distance of the Vatican. Also, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and ideal for resting after a busy day.

Great location. Close to Vatican and great shopping area with good choice of restaurants. Christina on reception was friendly and very informative. Helped us book our airport transport and gave advice on getting around the city. Definately recommend.

Very clean; air conditioning works well. Though there is no concierge per se, Anna was very responsive. When the cab driver we had arranged to take us to the port didn’t show, she immediately got us a taxi on a day it was hard to get one!

It’s very convenient to everything, it’s so close to the restaurants, shops, pharmacy and a walking distance to the Vatican. Anna is very awesome, she responds right away if you need anything. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The host Anna was absolutely amazing, she helped with so many things and answered every question we had. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was brilliant especially for the vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. She also arranged transport for us to the cruise terminal in civitavecchia with a brilliant driver who picked us up in a lovely mercedes for the same cost as a normal taxi. 10/10 for everything.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon arrival and throughout our stay. The room was very spacious and had great facilities available including a coffee machine, hairdryer and fridge. Great property and convenient location away from the crowds yet close to the action. Nicely appointed, updated and clean. 5 minute walk from the Vatican area. 2 minute walk to a taxi stand. Lots of restaurants nearby. Owner, Anna was extremely helpful answering all our questions and giving recommendations. She was terrific. We stayed there twice, once on each end of our Italian vacation. We had no problems walking the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.
