The hotel is basic. It’s clean and close to a Metro. Check in and communication weren’t exactly seamless. There’s no front desk. Keys are tricky, and I had to have heat repaired. You get what you pay for with this place.

ROMA PODERIA SER MELHOR!!!

Localização excelente com metrô literalmente na porta. Ar condicionado incompatível com tamanho do quarto, alguns dias passamos calor. Box de banheiro se eu engordasse mais 1 kg das pizzas e massas italianas, não conseguiria entrar e tomar banho!!

This property is not the same like they showed on the Expedia. It's a scam. No parking provided, no breakfast provided. The room was different than the offer, the bathroom wasn't clean. We had a big problem with check in, nobody was there, poor communication. Never recommend.

Ok

O quarto é bem limpo e bonito. O banheiro muito bom, mas o box bem pequeno (nada que atrapalhe). O check-in foi bastante complicado, esperei muito tempo (horas). Metade do tempo na escada, por que não conseguia falar com ninguém e a outra metade no sofá do hotel (entramos quando alguém saiu e deixou a porta aberta, se não teríamos continuado na escada). A única pessoa que vimos foi a moça que faz a limpeza, mas ela não pode fazer nada pra ajudar. No check-out precisávamos de um taxi, mas a moça não ajudou. Tive que sair andando na rua pra procurar um (meu celular não estava fazendo ligações pra ligar pra rádio taxi e nem consegui baixar o app de taxi de Roma) . Fora esses contratempos deu tudo certo, o quarto é bem bonito e ficamos à vontade.

Aunque el exterior del edificio está lleno de grafitis (algo muy usual en Roma), el hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones grandes y lindas, y la atención de su dueña es realmente espectacular. En mi caso, el vuelo se retrasó y no hubo inconveniente.

Convenient location

Charme was a cute hotel. The outside and the area make you a bit iffy but I loved how close to the metro it was. The interior was clean the staff was excellent the service was always on time and key for me was that the staff were not always in your business I could come and go as I liked at whatever time I wanted.

The hotel is situated centrally, however being on a main road it was very loud all night and all day. As this is a B&B it was also very loud with people coming in and out at all hours making noise and leaving lights on. The hotel room was clean, friendly staff just to much noise. There are better places to stay.

It is a different hotel, great location

It is a different hotel, the staff that takes care of it is simply extraordinary, they do everything to make you feel good and excellent. It is in front of a subway station, near the Colosseum, not a hotel that has a restaurant, but the staff recommends places for dinner, the breakfast is simple, but quite good! I highly recommend it :)

God oplevelse

Vi havde et dejligt, hyggeligt ophold på Charme Holidays Colosseum. Vi fik super god service og guided over mail og telefon. Selvom der kun om morgenen/formiddagen var nogen i receptionen, kunne vi få hjælp igennem What's app SMS og opkald, og det virkede rigtig godt. Og så var der morgenmad på sengen :-) Der var dog en del larm fra trafikken lige udenfor, men det må man forvente af et hotel i centrum. Metrostationen Manzoni ligger lige udenfor døren, så meget let at komme rundt. De fleste kendte seværdigheder ligger dog i gå afstand fra hotellet. Også gode indkøbs og restaurant muligheder i nærheden.

Great Accomodations. Would stay here again

Frederico was a wonderful hostess. Cleanliness is important and our room was very clean and comfortable. Having the metro station outside the door was handy. Would stay here again. Only con was some street traffic noise

Authentic and comfy

We loved the authenticity of Charme Holidays Colloseum. The apartments look lovely with original furnishing. The host was welcoming and very friendly. We loved the in-room breakfast. The building is located just about a metro entrance, tram stop or close to a bus line, all together around a 15 minute walk from the Colloseum. Across the street is an authentic Italian snack-bar with great coffee. The street was a bit loudy, but this is Rome, so one has to expect traffic noise even at night. Overall, we'd love to come back and stay at Charme Holidays Colloseum.

Convenient

The hotel was right near major lines for metro and rail so while it was a bit noisy, the shutters kept it more quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was very clean and felt secure. Only negative was that no one was available to check us in when we arrived but not too much of an issue.

Nice place to stay in Rome but not for everybody

Pros: Very nice room. Very convenient location, next to Metro station (Manzoni). Neutral: For the single room, the bathroom in private but down the hall (this applies only to the single room). For somebody who needs to get up in the middle of the night, this is a consideration. Cons: Breakfast: Unless you're satisfied with just a cup of coffee in the morning or eating only things that consist largely of processed sugar, you're better off skipping the "breakfast". (Breakfast in the hotel is often a feature I look for, for saving both time and money.)

our stay was great. This place has everything. The location is just awesome.It is a 5-8 min walk to the colosseum. Metro station is right outside which makes this place a perfect and must stay. The only problem we had was a bit of lack of communication with the staff. Did not get breakfast. Although the breakfast was not included in our price, there was a trial breakfast. I did ask for it and even reminded the next day but did not receive anything.But overall a great stay.

Not worth the money

Everyday, the "breakfast" was the same; a crusty croissant and lukewarm latte and a glass of fruit "drink". The neighbourhood was a bit rougher as well. In such a beautiful city, there are much better choices.

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage

Das Charmed Holliday liegt direkt über der Metro, was für wandermüde Rombesucher optimal ist. Von jedem Platz in Rom ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit und ohne sich groß orientieren zu müssen, wieder "zu Hause". Das Personal ist super freundlich und der Zimmer-Frühstücksservice war für uns etwas ganz Neues und hat prima geklappt. Zudem hatten wir das Glück, eines der beiden Zimmer mit Mini-Balkon zu bekommen. In Hotelnähe gibt es ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Kellnern. Und auch die Bar gegenüber ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert - auch, wenn sie nicht danach aussieht. Es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mitten in Rom. Jederzeit wieder !

Wunderschönes Zimmer in tollem Gebäude

man kann ohn weiteres zu Fuss zum Colosseum oder mit der U-Bahn direkt zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Rom läd zum spazieren ein (vor allem am Wochenende) aber nach dem vielen Laufen ist es gemütlich die U-Bahn immer in Reichweite zu haben

Honeymoon in rome

We had a lovely stay on our honeymoon for a week. The front desk clerk was very hospitable. The only gripe would be the noise of the road which is very busy most of the day and there's no double glazing. Overall very happy though and would stay again.
