The Space:

The apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom offers a double bed plus a single bed, ideal for families or groups. In the living room a sofa bed adds two more sleeping spots, reaching the stated capacity of 7 guests. Both bathrooms are complete, with hot water and a courtesy set.



The living area includes a bright lounge, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen: cooktop, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cookware. Also available are a washing machine, air conditioning and heating throughout, a TV, Wi-Fi and a space suitable for remote work. Several windows offer city views.



Beds are made up for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment for the whole stay. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment sits on the riverside at Castel Sant'Angelo, one of Rome's most scenic spots. Within walking distance you'll find Ponte Sant'Angelo, Vatican City with St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, and just a few minutes more toward the heart of the historic center near Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. All around there are cafés for breakfast, trattorias and restaurants for the evening, as well as shops and small neighborhood stores. The area combines the quiet of the riverfront with the convenience of having the main attractions within a short walk.



Getting Around:

The nearest metro station is Ottaviano (Line A), about a 12-15 minute walk, handy for reaching Termini and other parts of the city; several buses connect the riverside to the rest of the center. Most major attractions are reachable on foot. The apartment is near the historic center's restricted traffic zone (ZTL): we recommend getting around on foot or by public transport. From Fiumicino airport you can take the Leonardo Express train to Termini and then metro/taxi, or a shuttle bus and direct taxi; from Ciampino, a shuttle bus to Termini or a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

Cleaning: For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).

Luggage storage: Available before check-in or after check-out at our office at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be confirmed in advance by contacting us.

It is possible to request in-person check-in instead of the self check-in, to be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. A surcharge applies based on the arrival time: € 15 from 18:00 to 21:00, € 25 after 21:00, € 50 after 24:00, € 100 after 2:00.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Off-platform contact: When contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or email, always include the name of the apartment and the check-in date.

Languages: We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.
