Great location, comfortable, American coffee maker!
The location is really great, short walk from train station and most things. Loft bed is comfortable. Coffee pot was dirty as well as the copper filter (had mold growing on it-yuck!) 4 adults stayed there and the couple that had the hideabed couch were pretty uncomfortable. Not a great mattress and very loud every time they moved. All in all, great place for a small family or couple.

Bad start
Waited over three hours for someone to come and let us into the apt. I emailed him the day before to give him an idea of what time we would be there. I tried calling, emailing and texting the morning of our arrival but no response. Finally, after two hours, he answered the phone. He accused me of not giving him a time, then said there was someone in the apt and it had to be cleaned after they left. Not the truth: we were waiting in front of the door and no one came in or out of the apt. Obviously, no one had stayed in the apt the night before. The apt. itself was ok. Good location to the termini.

Nice clean apartment well secured and close to many monuments in Rome
Enjoyed the apartment. 15 min to 45 min. walk to most attractions in Rome.
Many restaurants near. Martina was very helpful with all our questions.
Make sure to ask about the heating if you are planning to visit Rome
during May or colder months. Mornings may be chilly and some vendors
switch to only AC.
