I am pleased to welcome you to my home in Pigneto, a quiet place for a vacation to discover the neighborhood and the city. In the neighborhood you will find the charm of the retro and the pleasure of discovering the narrow streets, the murals, the markets, the restaurants.
The house is the characteristic single-storey house of the Pigneto, with a small paved garden, private and equipped, where you can relax in peace.
Cozy and quiet apartment on the Pigneto of 50 square meters for 3 people, just renovated: bright living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed. From the living room you will be able to enter the large bedroom with a large double bed (160x200), the bathroom with a large shower and the 30 sqm private garden. In the bedroom you can freely use the video projection system. Independent apartment on the ground floor 500 meters from the C Malatesta metro station, 15 minutes from Termini station and the city center.
I specify that in the cost of the apartment the Tourist Tax is NOT included, which in Rome is 3.5 € per person / day. This fee, which will be issued to you as a regular receipt, must be paid by the host structure to the Rome City Council.
A cot is available for children up to 3 years on request (€ 5.00 per night)
I ask you to pay attention and respect the rules of the house that you find in the appropriate section and in paper format in the house itself.
My job as a restaurateur is very committed to me and I will not always be present, but I entrust you to Franca and Benedetto, my parents, who will welcome you and take care of your stay.
