The location was amazing! The staff especially David were exceptional! He went above and beyond to carry all of my family of fours luggage’s up all the stairs and get us all set up for comfort. He was highly personable and made us feel safe and welcome. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel felt very safe

The hotel does not have an elevator. The stairs are narrow. This my lead to an issue getting your bags down. You cannot show up to the hotel. They must meet you there to let you in. They can arrange a private pick up at airport. Much cheaper than Uber. Great hotel. Great location.

We had a great stay! Pretty good location, staff was super helpful (shoutout to David!) and stowed our luggage while we went sightseeing. Water and treats in the room, and most importantly, AIR CONDITION! After some brutal days in the heat (It’s August, so expected) we were so thankful to come home to air condition. Bathroom was also pretty spacious and we very much enjoyed our stay, especially for the price point. Thank you so much!!!

We stayed at Canova Rooms for three nights, and it was our best stay in Rome. Exceptional location. The room was good—spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Excellent service from Marco and David. It will always be my first choice when in Rome.

Amazing place and very close to everything, some very good restaurants are within 5 minutes. Staff was super helpful, gave us a map and explained where everything is and how to get there. We booked a tour of the Vatican museum on our last day here and the amazing staff stored our luggage until we were finished.

The location was superb. David was so friendly. The front door lock was broken and that should have been fixed immediately but wasn't and made us feel uncomfortable being in Rome. Other than that, it was clean and good.

The room was excellent; great location, spacious, communication was terrific with the property manager (in English which was good for me). Terrificly located in (equal) walking distance to 2 x metros, the spanish steps (of course) and there is a kiosk to buy water, snacks, bus tickets etc almost out the front. Great stay, we loved it!
