We spent five nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The location was excellent, with all the major attractions within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. Our room was cleaned every day by the friendly and attentive housekeeping team, and everything was kept lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to enjoy it. We would especially like to mention Simone, whose service was exceptional. He was so pleasant, friendly and attentive, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. The staff were very nice, helpful, & accommodating. The building seemed older & like they tried to freshen it up with new things. I liked the mirror in the bathroom & everything was good but it wasn't the cleanest room(visible dust around bed, & other things I noticed like older wall in shower & older under side of toilet seat. But overall nice location, it's easy to walk around to sites/shops, etc. & a fine place to stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Great location, walking distance to most attractions. The rooms are cute and quite clean.very quiet at night. Breakfast included pastries, fruits, and decent coffee. Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would definitely come back in the future.

This place was not only great, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They offered to hold our bags after checkout so we could further explore the city while we waited for our train. When we came back they treated us like guests still, offering us water and the facilities for as long as we needed. They had very helpful tips on places to dine also. Great location also.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. What made our stay here so special were the people who work here. So friendly and helpful. We will return to Rome in the future and we will definitely stay here!
