Beautiful apartment with stunning terrace. Managers were amazing, communication excellent, helped us arrange airport transfer. They even supplied a baby chair and baby cot in our rooms as well as a baby seat for the car ride.

Fabulous place
Don’t hesitate to rent this charming apartment. Everything you need including a washing machine. Very comfy and great outdoor space. Centrally located and Sandro and Cinzia were wonderful to work with. We loved staying here!!!

A great apartment in Rome, near Rome Termini station and the coliseum-forum complex. Great host had everything ready for us with all the information for a perfect stay. Comfortable, well furnished and very welcoming.

Family Weekend In Rome
We loved our stay. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. The outdoor balcony was amazing for breakfasts and lunches in the sun. Close to public transport. Nice places to eat & drinks close by and super easy to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Roma Terrace
The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive as we had challenges with late arrivals. The property was clean and furnished beautifully. The location was so perfect for us as we used the trains for travel. Perfect 10.

Amazing host and beautiful place
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, beautiful views from the balcony and from the terrace. It is centrally located. Can easily walk to all major landmarks and historical sites. The property managers were so pleasant to work with. They were so accommodating letting us keep our bags there before check in. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment in an ideal location. The hosts were so helpful when we had problems with airline delays and needed help with drivers to handle multiple arrivals late at night. And a bottle of wine too!

Great Location and Apartment
The location, Apartment and location were all excellent. Cinzia was excellent as well as Giovanni helping with everything possible. Would however consider the recommendation if you have small children. The complex is very strict with no noise before 8am which was difficult for us as our children were waking up at 6:30am onwards. When kids are excited which we have four of, it was difficult for us to keep them silent which was the only downfall of our stay, as we had two complaints placed on our door over multiple days which were generic complaints written about noise and shifting furniture. In the second complaint, I do not believe it was a warranted complaint. These complaints left us feeling a bit anxious during the morning to the point we felt the apartment, other owners simply were not interested in short stay. Other than this excellent.

Wonderful hosts in beautiful apartment
Apartment is just as described and has huge windows, multiple little terraces and super high ceilings. It is a 5 floor apartment - our legs sure felt those stairs! but there is an elevator available for you to use if needed and for luggage! We found the apartment very well stocked, even with extras that we had not been expecting and some Helpful things past guests had left behind. There were guidebooks and reading books and even some Toiletries. We walked everywhere during our stay and found the location very convenient for everything that we wanted to do and also felt safe. Our hosts were so helpful and even helped us arrange a car to get us all to the airport.

Great place!
Location was close to train station and not far from Colosseum. Good size place with balcony. Hosts were great - communicated with us before and during our stay. They helped get a car service for our very early flight to leave. Recommend this place to everyone!

Amor Roma!
My friends and I stayed here overnight and absolutely loved the property! The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view from the terrace. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! A truly gracious home.
As you will see from the photos and the other reviews. This place is a lovely home, well located in Rome. The more you sit in the home the more you notice small details that make the experience so very homey. We were greeted and oriented by the host in a very warm and familiar way and it is clear that this is a family-run property. I want to thank them for being so accommodating over the Christmas holiday and for including special touches that we would never have had at a hotel at Christmas. Enjoy your stay!

Great apartment in the city.
We spent one night here before our cruise and one night after our cruise. We really appreciated how much the host was willing to help with setting up various transportation. They also provided a phone in the apartment to call them if there were any problems. We were glad that we stayed here while in Rome.

The apartment is a GREAT location. Kitchen is well equipped. And the apartment is historic but well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are updated. Light duty lift (elevator) was a pleasure for the 5th floor unit. Nice patio (in pictures). Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay
We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and we enjoyed it. 12 minute walk to Coliseum and close to metro, so easy access to things. The apartment was comfortable and adequate for the 4 of us adults. Could use some touchups here and there. Also, proximity to Termin train station was both good and bad.We walked our bags to the train station for our train but the couple of blocks around Termini are kinda seedy. Kitchen had very basic cooking items. AC worked greatr, waterer pressure was great, and the patio was a delight. Would stay there again.

Beautiful place
The place was beautiful and clean. Alot of great shops and restaurants in the area. The host also offered a van transfer to Fiumicino Airport which was very helpful, they picked us up at 0645 in the morning. Unfortunately the elevators were broken the day we arrived (they were actively doing repairs when we arrived), note that this apartment is on the fifth floor so it was a bit of a challenge taking our luggage up. The checkout process was a bit confusing because you needed keys to open 2 sets of doors in the front of the building to get out, a mistake on our part was not asking how we would get out of the building and where to return the keys. We almost locked ourselves in the lobby since we left the keys in the apartment and we couldn’t open the front doors and couldn’t go back to the apartment to get the keys, luckily someone walked in and opened the doors. Other than that the place was beautiful, the balcony was a very nice touch.

Sandro was extremely helpful when we arrived in making sure we understood everything about the apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment wonderfully decorated with enough space for our group of 7. Every detail was taken into account. It is close to most things for walking. The furthest is the Vatican which is about a 40 min walk. I would come back again

Absolutely lovely all around
The apartment was absolutely beautiful. There were even two small balconies on the back side of the apartment looking into the middle of a building which was so adorable. These weren’t shown in the photos so it was a fun surprise! Elisa and the team were so incredibly helpful during our check in process (we had a couple different arrival times) and they were so accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this stay. Many thanks!!

The property was great, the host didn't meet with us, she let us drop our luggage and we were met with someone who didn't speak english. We had to pay taxes in Euros before we left and the host asked us in a note to leave at 10 am sharp, I guess because we dropped luggage early.

Wonderful accommodation and experience!!
The apartment was exactly as was pictured in the posting and an absolutely great experience for our first time in Rome! Far enough from the crazy busy tourist spots to not feel overwhelming when leaving the apartment but still easy to get to all the hot spots by walking or a $6 - $10 taxi ride. Great small bar down below and lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was super clean and had everything needed for our 4 night stay….or even longer. Loved the patio and spent so many great moments out there for coffee and drinks! Totally recommend!!

Great location. Clean. Cool and comfortable.
This place was perfect for my husband and I and our parents. It was super clean and the air con worked great. We stayed for 3 nights in the heat of August with no issues. The showers were hot, beds were comfortable and the rooftop terrace was a great perk for later on in the evening. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that is traveling to Rome.

Rome with a view
This apt was the perfect start to our vacation to start with, our host made arrangements not only to let us drop off luggage early but out.of concern for our granddaughter and the extreme heat, made arrangements for us to get our apt earlier in the day which was much appreciated. After that, Elisa continued to be a dream, responsive to our many questions. The balcony was a beautiful place to start the day with an espresso and a great pla e for a card game in the evening! Having a baby, the laundry facilities was a lifesaver. We were easily located near things we needed and a taxi station for travel. It was also very secure. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Stay In Rome before Cruise
Sandro and Cinzia were great hosts. We ended up having delays with our flights and they were very accommodating. They helped us get our transfer from the airport to their apartment and also from apartment to the cruise port. We had a small issue in the middle of the night and it was remedied quickly with the help of Cinzia. We would definitely go back. Location was great, and the apartment was roomy with all amenities. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Cinzia was extremely helpful in arranging transportation from airport to the apartment and then to the port. She was clear in communication of the cost and also made suggestions for transportation around Rome. The apartment was centrally located to all of the sights we wanted to see. The place was incredibly comfortable and a quick walk from the train station. The only downside is that it is off a busy street which can be a bit loud sometimes. However, the beauty and how well kept it is triumphs the noise.

Wonderful apartment in historical Rome
The owner and her father stayed in touch with us and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. He met us at the apartment to welcome us and went over everything with us. He helped us with local transportation and they were an excellent company and very reliable. There was a book they had made that was in the apartment that had valuable information about sites to see, restaurants they enjoy, etc. Such a great place for our family of 7. Three bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the grandsons had to sleep on a pull-out sofa in the bedroom. He is 5'11" and it was tight for him. Would have been okay for a smaller person. The apartment is super clean and the remodeling they had done was lovely and comfortable. Thank you Lisa and Sandro. The DiFilippo Family

Great Property for our Family Visit to Rome
Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at this great property before heading home via Rome. This apartment was large and suited our family of 6 adults comfortably. The location was a great, easy walking distance to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. While there is a small elevator available, keep in mind this apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building. Aside from transporting luggage upstairs and downstairs, we used the stairs the majority of the time. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, safe and secure. When we return to Rome, we will most certainly stay at this property again.

Our family of 4 seniors thoroughly enjoyed our stay In this apartment. We were warmly greeted by Pamela.who stowed our luggage and gave us a thoroigh overview of the space. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked well ( it was hot outside). Even though there is no living room, the kitchen table and balcony provided the space we needed to mingle. There is a great supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants, coffee and pastry shops in the neighborhood. The metro and train station are both a short walk away. Cinzia was excellent. Very helpful in arranging transfers from from the cruise port and to the airport. Very good communications overall. We highly recommend.

What can I say that hasn’t been said in every other rave review? So I will echo all: Great place! Great patio to breakfast or spend with wine relaxing after your day! Great location in great historic neighborhood! Within wonderful walking distance to all historic sites! Great value! Pamela, who helps manage the beautiful apartment, was waiting for us at our appointed arrival time and was very helpful and answered all questions. She also arranged a car to take us to the airport. Though Rome’s main train station, with trains to the airport and high-speed trains to all cities is a few blocks away. Staying here made our trip!

Exceptional unit in an excellent location.
We all loved our stay and would come back again in a minute! Lots of space and amenities. The tile floor and the ceiling design were fantastic as was the patio with flowers. The historic building was perfect for us.
