We were disappointed from the start with this hotel. The cab driver was not able to find the location. Once we got to our room the decor looked like a brothel. My children were in a 4 person room, even the staff said was unpleasant. Pictures of half naked women covered the walls and the door had five types of bolts to open the door. Our room was slightly better. I will say the location was to some degree good since it is walking distance to Plazza Navona and other attractions a traveler must see. I will say be prepared to be disappointed in this hotel if you stay there

Rooftop was awesome. The room was gross. Mold in shower. The buildup of dust on window sills and ceiling was truly foul. I just got home from a month long trip in Italy. Stayed at 7 properties, all amazing except this one. The rooftop was not worth the stay. You did not have access to it whenever like the other properties I stayed.

We loved the location- right near Piazza Navona and near the Ponte Saint Angelo. The perfect spots to end our busy days in Rome - and stay close to our hotel. The room is was nice and a fun experience to stay in such a unique styled room. We loved the area and would definitely come back again.

Fabulous location in a villa

Great location on a wonderful street - walking distance to Vatican (10 mins) and wonderful restaurants nearby . Room was good size. Noisy as is most of Rome but worth the location. Nice staff- bathroom was ok and bed was comfortable. Lovely building

Es un lugar aislado del hotel, el internet es pésimo, y no hay nada de amenidades, es peor que un Airbnb , los empleados son groseros y ninguno te quiere atender. No recomiendo para nada el hotel. El lugar donde se encuentra es bueno por que es cerca de todo, pero el hospedaje no vale la pena Mucho ruido y difícil de llegar

Renaissance charm in the heart of things

This place is awesome, I will be staying here every time I come to Rome from now on. The rooms are amazing, thoughtfully decorated with detail in renaissance style. The rooftop is gorgeous, with great views and a nice place to just hang out. And the location is tremendous, right in the heart of things around the corner from piazza navona, and short walk to Vatican, pantheon, etc.

Loved the historic building and beautiful antique furnishings/ artwork. No traditional lobby area; had to check in at one hotel's very small entry area, and wait for a staff person to walk with us the 3 min walk to our hotel and take us upstairs in the very small elevator. A bit complicated , but fine once we figured it all out. We were on a lovely narrow historic cobblestone street with shops and restaurants, 2 minute walk to Piazza Navona . A bit noisy in the evening from people on the street, but quiet by midnight. Room was spacious, had a mini fridge, decent bathroom, and plenty of room to hang clothing. Did not have typical hotel conveniences of a coffee maker or microwave for my evening tea and morning coffee - but the location and historical furnishings made up for it. Lovely place for Cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice, and pastries was a 1-2 minute walk away.
