Staff was great and location was super. The place is great but only getting four stars due to the old pillows, few holes in the sheets and constant issues with the Netflix and the remote control.

Great location for viewing iconic landmarks and close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and clean apartment. Note that two flights of stairs are involved. The friendly staff member waited for us to arrive and explained all amenities well.

Walking distance within 20 minutes from many of Rome’s attractions. Bed is extremely hard for my liking and there was only a limited amount of hot water. It’s perfect for one or two people.The owner/ property manager answered our calls and address our needs in a quick manner. There is no elevator to the first floor, so we had to carry our luggage. Around the corner there is Sancho pizza place if you need a bite to eat. The apartment is decent.

O que salva é a localização

Experiencia Razoável, oque salvou no apartamento foi a excelente localização.O apartamento precisa de manutenção, uma boa limpeza,é muito escuro , precisariam rever os pontos de iluminação,Secador não funciona , super aquece com 5.minutos de uso , O frigobar esta solto no móvel , diversas vezes se inclinou para frente .Sorte que o nosso apartamento tinha uma cozinha de suporte , pois existe uma cozinha compartilhada, que quando era utilizada ,impregnava o cheiro por tudo .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Lage fußläufig( ca. 15 Minuten) zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten oder zur Metro. Gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Zimmer ausreichend, bequeme Betten. Bad etwas klein für große Menschen. Kontakt war super. Reinigung des Zimmers auf Wunsch. Ich habe etwas im Zimmer vergessen und man hat es mir nach Hause geschickt.Toller Service.

Low Budget Stay with Some Pros and Cons

Decent size room with a small bathroom starting to show some wear. Hot water was not hot, the a/c didn't work well making a clicking noise, shower head clogged, noise/banging coming from other apartment. Convenient location, comfy bed, netflix, easy/secure building access.
