"So arrived on a Saturday night. 1) requested a king and got 2 Queens 2) picked this hotel because they had a restaurant and bar… got there and the restaurant was closed but at least the bar was open. We told the bartender that we were going to run out and grab something to eat and told her we would be back around 7:30 and she said that she would still be open til around 9 as long as there were people there. We got back at 7:40 and the bar was closed!!!!! Really??? It was Saturday night! ALL of that being said, I have a very ill father nearby so we are going to give it one more shot…I will be back for a follow up review"
"Our room didn't have a toilet paper roll holder, had a falling tile over the shower with tape falling off of it, & had an outlet without an outlet cover directly under the only table/desk area with a giant hairball directly underneath it. The bathroom door did not have a latch mechanism on the handle, so it wouldn't close. The facility seems to be a bit out of repair. The pool looked nice but as it was outside in 60° weather we did not have the opportunity to take advantage of it. We also were not able to take advantage of the available "breakfast option" as it ended too early for us. The staff that we interacted with were very nice. I didn't bother to complain about the condition of our room as it was clean on the surface. I did notice the one time that I went barefoot without my slippers- the last night- that my feet were filthy. The washcloth turned brown when I washed my feet. The one ice machine was located in another building halfway down the long building, up a staircase, outside. The laundry facilities were right next to it. It was affordable. So maybe that is why it is in disrepair. The outer door to the building we were in(there were several) did not have a lock on it. Anyone could walk in & have access to the room doors. The property outside seemed to be well maintained- grounds were clean & tidy. "
"Anyone could access hotel room hallways, even through two sets of doors. Bed was not comfortable, felt springs. Thin walls (sounded like my neighbors were enjoying themselves though). Clean, spacious rooms. Only shampoo in shower and bar soap. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the highway."
"Great staff & room. Breakfast was disappointing this time - ran out of items very early - (within first hour) no bottled milk, no muffins. Extremely unusual for this location "
"The staff were nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the walls in the rooms are paper thin. When we first arrived we had people next to us that were super loud, cigarette burns in the bedding along with stains, water damage throughout the room including the peeling headboards, and a bad mildew smell. I did request to move and the staff were more than happy to move us. In our new room, the AC stopped working halfway through the night, the doors were hardly closing, and the smell was worse than before. About 1:30in the morning our new neighbors decided to bring the party back to their room and proceeded the smoke weed in there and party until 5am! By the morning our room really smelled. Needless to say it was a horrible night and we couldn’t get out fast enough. "
