「Clean and efficient.」

「This hotel was uniquely beautiful. We loved all of the character and history inside. I was a bit nervous from the not perfect reviews, but my family of 6 enjoyed our one night here. We had a one bedroom suite with two bathrooms, two queen beds, and a sofa bed. It was a large suite and we definitely loved having two showers. 「We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered”」

「Our stay was overall very good, but the breakfast could use an improvement. Many guests have dietary restrictions, such as being vegetarian or eating only halal meat. While we understand the limitations of a complimentary breakfast, it would be highly appreciated if different food items were kept separate. For example, keeping the eggs and pork in completely different trays would make a huge difference for those with dietary restrictions. Thank you」
