"This is a nice place, desk people were nice. Due to closeness to fast food places and a highway there was alot of traffic noise. "

"The “renovated” room means it was repainted and maybe redecorated. Unfortunately, the mattresses and furnishings were not updated. We had the worst mattress ever! We could feel every spring in the mattress. It was horrible! Sharing this feedback on check out was met with a nonchalant “we haven’t heard this before.” No offer of reimbursement, an apology, nothing. On top of this, the front foyer is filled with scaffolding to finish the paint job. The scaffolding was there the duration of our 3-day stay. Not cool! We will never stay at this hotel again. "

"Breakfast had many options to choose from, even had chocolate waffle batter along with the regular batter. The hotel room was an average type room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, it sounded like it was going to fall off the ceiling. We didn't use the pool/hot tub, as you needed to ask the front desk staff for an access key."

"Clean room this time! Theres 2 girls that work the desk the younger one in the morning doesnt have much of a clue of whats going on or her job capabilities. Ive stayed here a couple times and once i wanted to check in early she made me wait 3 hours "to clean the room" only to get into a bed thay had a giant fresh blood stain. The other girl in the evening is extremely accommodating, nice, i personaly think she goes above and beyond and is just so refreshing. Whoever the morning gal is you should consider re-training in hospitality and perhaps honesty. Because the room i waited for i can assure you was not cleaned. The sheets were simply turned."
