"Great location and a well-maintained, clean property. However, the dining experience was disappointing as all restaurants had the same menu, which became repetitive. The resort feels more suited for families with kids rather than couples. Breakfast was average, and the service did not match 5-star standards—staff at live counters asked us to come back instead of serving at the table. The Indian buffet night was below average. Management was missing everywhere including on breakfasts, only servers were doing their best to coordinate and cater."

"Only saw two staff. There was a line for the golf buggy to take you up to your room and only 1 driver. Timings for golf buggy were between 13:00-21:00 which if up high made it very hard to get anywhere. When we rang the WhatsApp number (6 times) no one answered so we had to trek down the hill with our bags, got to reception and saw the two staff members sat doing nothing. The rooms have potential our villa was nice but had gone through some bartering. The hotel is in a much needed state of refurbishment and more communicative staff."

"This is a gem of a hotel. This is the second time I’ve stayed here (once in the 3-floor duplex & once in the 3rd floor Superior Studio), & I plan to always stay here when I visit Samui. It’s friendly, quiet, unassuming, & tucked away from the crazy tourists, while sitting directly on the turquoise water, minutes from Chaweng & Central Samui, the airport, & The Fisherman’s Night Market. The staff are friendly, the daily brekky is delicious & prepared fresh, & the rooms are floor-to-ceiling, 270-degree views of the ocean from your bed & living room. The rooms are modern, the beds are comfy, the AC is cold, & the sofas are cosy. Pricing is fair, Grab delivers easily & quickly, & there is a convenient motorbike rental (Amy Son Smile Motorbikes) a mere 2-minutes walk down the road (for THB 250/day). An amazingly relaxing stay."
