Guest access:



Guests may use the entire home and backyard except for the locked cleaner’s closet. An electronic keypad is located to the right of the front door inside the breezeway.



Parking:



Covered driveway parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the home.

* A grill and propane tank are provided, but propane is not supplied. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank when needed. The nearest refill location is Herrema’s Market Place at 111 Pattonwood Drive in Rochester.

* Snow shovels are provided during winter for use if snow accumulates during the stay.

* Guests must not access the beach using private residential stairs along the lakeside sidewalk.
