Welcome to our cozy and comfortable home. Our place offers a convenient location to much of Rochester's local entertainment and attractions. You will find that the home is nestled in a quiet area with a quick walk to the lovely Ontario beach park.

You are only:
2 minute drive to Ontario Beach park
5 minute drive to the Walmart Supercenter
12 minute drive to Rochester General Hospital
14 minute drive to downtown Rochester
16 minute drive to the Greater Rochester International Airport
The space
The unit is part of quiet duplex that is only privately accessed by the guest. The unit has a cozy one bed one bath that includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The bedroom has a warm queen bed that includes a well-equipped bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and will have all you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The living room has a brand new 65" Samsung smart tv and a comfy couch to enjoy. Our unit will also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi. You will also have private packing in the back and an access to the backyard.
Guest access
You will have full access to your part of the home, the access is through a dedicated door strictly for this part of the home. The door located in the living room will stay locked and you do not have access to the entrance to the other side. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Washer and dryer are on available on-premise instruction is given for access.

The private parking is shared with the other unit located in the duplex. Please be courteous and pull your vehicles into the private lot far enough to have a second vehicle pull in on the occasion that a guest is in the other unit with his/her own vehicle.

Adorable duplex

Quaint little space. It was absolutely beautiful & worth it. The host was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we need a place.

Great early spring stay in Rochester

We had a fantastic time at this cozy apartment on Lake Ave in Rochester, NY! The place was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a chill visit. The location was perfect—just a quick walk to some excellent restaurants and a convenience store, which made getting around a breeze. We appreciated the owner's responsiveness; they were accommodating, even with our late check-in after 9 PM. Plus, it's pet-friendly, and our two little dogs felt right at home. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area!

Cozy Getaway

This cozy unit of a duplex was perfect for myself, my spouse, and our pooch. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! The location, just steps from the Genesee River and very close to Lake Ontario was perfect! We were able to easily get to all the places around Rochester where we wanted to go while being away from the bustle of a city. We loved our stay!

Place was clean and host was responsive. However the rental faces a very busy road and the traffic noise is quite loud. Also this vrbo is below another rental. The noise from the family above also comes through. With all the noises our dog was unable to settle down and no one got much sleep.

Great location, away from the bustle of downtown! We loved that there were many great restaurants, only minutes away. Hose 22, an actual firehouse restored and refurbished into a restaurant, was our favorite! The home itself was very comfortable, although the bathroom is quite cramped. But the bed was very comfortable and the BR, air conditioned. A provided floor fan enabled the BR a/c to cool the entire home. A small but extremely appreciated amenity was the filled and frozen ice tray in the freezer; we were happy to be able to pour cold drinks upon our arrival!

Parking was nearly impossible, was blocked in numerous times. You can hear everything being said in the other apartment. No one seems to follow any of the rules and the owner really doesn’t put much into the property.

Horrid. Walked in to the kitchen which had a large crusted partial biscuit on the top of the stove. Crumbs all around it. Mouse making noise in the stove alll night coming in and out of gas burner.. House smelled like pets. . Bathroom had a dirty and stained bath rug. Shower sprayed about 25% water and the rest from the bath tub faucet. Residents of the remaining house were LOUD and loud music playing till around 2 am. Just was very friendly and helpful. Pictures of premise definitely not accurate. We left at 6am to get away from the mouse.
