「We had a lovely stay at La Casa Blu. The pool and house were great. It is in a perfect location to explore the wonderful Piedmont region with its picturesque towns and vineyards. And Laura and Mirco were great hosts and very helpful.」

「Die Aussicht ist super! Leider gibt es dort nicht so viel für die Kinder. Es gibt da leider auch keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren. Dafür aber sehr viele Moskitos. Die Gastgeberin Ist super nett und hilfsbereit.」

「My wife and I came and stayed along with two other couples for 3 nights in late September 23. Michael was extremely helpful providing us with ideas for what to do during our trip and answering any questions we had. He connected us with a local chef to do a cooking class and dinner at the house that was a great time. The house was a perfect size for our group and close to everything in the region via car. The views from the house are amazing. We had a great time and highly recommend staying here.」

「Dit was de derde keer dat wij met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen gedurende twee weken in casa Pietra verbleven. Het voelt inmiddels als thuis. We houden van het huis en van de omgeving en raken niet uitgekeken in de Piëmonte. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de grote tuin met vele zitjes biedt voor een ieder mogelijkheid te rusten, spelen, lezen, kletsen, borrelen met elkaar of afzonderlijk. En dan nog het fijne zwembad! Op enige afstand zijn David of Simone die kunnen helpen waar...

「Very clean, large, and well equipped house about an hour south of Turin. Ample shopping and restaurants selections nearby. Kids loved the pool and the fully fenced yard was perfect for our German Shepherd.」

「Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind außergewöhnlich. Selten habe ich solch ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus gesehen, sogar einen Rasenroboter und einen Saugroboter sind vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls tadellos, WhatsApp Anfragen wurden in Minuten beantwortet. Alles super. Einziges kleines Manko, ein Schlafzimmer ist nur mit einem Vorhang von der Küche und Gemeinschaftsraum abgetrennt, das ist nicht so toll. Aber sonst alles super.」

「We throughly enjoyed this house. Giulio was the ultimate host. He was prompt in his response and often would show up to address any issue within minutes of being alerted to it. The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had amazing views and the living space was the perfect spot for drinks with a view. The house was also super convenient for walking into town for restaurants and bars. The car stayed in the driveway unless we were going to another city. Highly recommend this listing to anyone...

「Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso casale/villa durante le feste Natalizie. Le camere una piu' bella dell'altra, letti comodi e ampi bagni. Le zone comuni accoglienti e spaziose! La cucina completa di tutto. La vista dalla casa è stupenda. Ringraziamo ancora i proprietari molto disponibili. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento all'arrivo che hanno provveduto subito a sistemare.」

「Die Villa ist sehr schön und relativ ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Außenbereich und großem Pool, der mit einer permanent laufenden Filteranlage und Poolroboter hervorragend ausgestattet ist (nicht beheizt). Ebenso die Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool samt der sehr guten Sonnenschirme sind ausgezeichnet (Polster für die Liegen/Sitze waren nicht vollständig und teilweise nicht passend, was aber nur wenig Einschränkung bedeutet hat). Auch die Ausstattung der Bäder und der Küche ließ...

「La Villa Younesco est très bien située pour qui veut découvrir le Piémont, tout en offrant un havre de calme après une grosse journée. Un très bel emplacement qui offre une vue photogénique sur les collines environnantes, plusieurs restaurants de qualité à quelques minutes à pied, et le propriétaire qui s'assure que tout se passe bien tout en restant discret. La Villa convient bien à 4 personnes.」
