「Amazing hosts! The cabin is situated on a beautiful piece of property set among the idyllic countryside of Castlegar. An easy commute to town and beautiful attractions within the area. 「We loved this place and would definitely recommend it. It lives up to the description and photos! The view is stunning day and night and it's 5 minutes from downtown. The kitchen was easy to cook in with everything we needed. We only gently heard faint footsteps upstairs and enjoyed being in someone's beautifully cared-for space. Only regret was not being there late enough in the season to see the gorgeous plantings come alive.」

「This was a great location for our day trips to halcyon and ainsworth Hot springs. Also a nice hike along the Kaslo River and a tour of the Moyie Sternwheeler. The hosts are very accommodating, responsive, and kind. We cooked a lot of meals in the home, and there are lots of pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, salt and pepper, and food basics like butter, olive oil, condiments. No microwave, so keep that in mind. We would love to come back to the area and stay more nights.」

「Ok for 1 night. Room was cold upon arrival. Not as clean as other VRBO stays. Used/ dirty sponge left. Towels had some dye stains and smelled a bit musty. No exterior lights when we returned in the early evening and a lot of stairs up to the suite. Fridge wasn’t plugged in but we didn’t realize until morning when our leftovers were spoiled. The room was as advertised. Parking was good. Shower had great water pressure and hot. Host was great to communicate with. We would choose to stay somewhere...
