* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.
NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.

*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.
