「We made this a meeting point for family from Kansas and Michigan. The house was very nice and worked perfectly for the five of us. The Peoria Heights area was very nice and quiet. We took morning walks along the parkway which had beautiful views of the river along the way. Dimitri was very responsive and helpful as the host. 「We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!」

「We enjoyed our stay and are looking into planning another for next year to include all our kids. We were in town for a family wedding at Lake Wildwood. Jim's property and space is absolutely amazing, huge deck area by the pond with feeding the fish was awesome including ample space in the garage to play washers & games when it got too cold out. Check in/out were so easy, he replied quickly to texts, and overall great experience.」
