We reserved a smoking room, and supposedly there were 4 available, but when we got into the room, saw it was non-smoking. Called the desk and was told there were none left. When we checked out, I mentioned this to the (different) guy at the desk, and he blamed Expedia, saying if you ask for something, they'll say they have it even if they don't. This couldn't have been the case. I booked online, choosing one of the available options. Breakfast was nice, but not enough space, had to wait in line a long time, and not allowed to take food back to room.
