Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Downtown Roanoke. You will have access to a private entrance. Parking is directly behind the unit, off street, spots are marked. You can walk throughout downtown Roanoke! You'll have access to safely store your bikes inside the large laundry room. This condo is on the main floor of a multi level condo building. Summertime is a happening time in downtown Roanoke! You will be close to live music on the weekends and other summertime events! Take some time to drive up Mill Mountain to see the Roanoke star and gaze over the city and mountains from up high!

Roanoke Visit

Fabulous property. Conveniently located to Roanoke College. Super clean, well stocked and very comfy beds as well as a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this home.

Overall a great place to stay!

The host answers questions almost instantaneously and accommodates within reason. The property is in the perfect location to downtown Roanoke. It was within a blocks walk from great restaurants, breweries, and activities . The property was clean and very comfortable. If I ever found my way back to the area I would stay here again!

Great location

This a very comfortable two bedroom lower level unit that is just blocks away from Old Town Roanoke with shopping and casual/fine dining. No car needed to see all of the sights.

Great location

Easy walk to downtown and access to highways. Roanoke is very easy to get around. Space was good with comfy beds. We had some minor issues with TV and some lights not working. Overall pleasant stay.

Very Cozy

very nice unit. Very clean and well appointed. Near downtown but still very quiet. Everything we needed. Convenient to lots of places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend this rental.

Great little spot to explore downtown Roanoke

This place was located in a great spot if you want to explore downtown Roanoke by foot or a cheap Uber. It’s a 20 minute drive to some awesome hikes, golfing, a mall, and the Dixie caverns. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our first time visiting Roanoke. Added bonus you can see the Roanoke star from the front porch at night!

Perfect location for exploring Roanoke

Downtown is just a few blocks away. The apartment was clean, spacious and mostly quiet. The parking was very conveniently located just back of the property by the entrance to the condo.

My wife, daughter and her husband were in Roanoke for Thanksgiving visiting relatives. The rental was in a great location and everything about the property was exactly as described online. Megan was very responsive to all questions about the property, access, etc. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Great downtown find

Lovely little apartment in the downtown area. Clean, large bedrooms, comfy beds. Private parking. We were in town for an athletic tournament so we didn’t get a chance to see much of Roanoke proper, but the downtown area had tons to offer from what we could see. Easy on and off the highway too, perfect jumping off point for exploring. Host was very helpful and took care of a minor issue very quickly.

Close to everything.

The place just like it was advertised. The combo lock on the back door was faded and numbers very hard to see. Please replace that. TV and Internet worked great. Unit was very clean.

Great condo close to everything!

Great place close to downtown Roanoke and quick access to everything the star city has to offer! Very nice and clean place including the linens! Some places we have stayed have skimped there but now here! The parking can be a little tricky if you have a larger vehicle like we do but we made it work. My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the bedroom for getting ready and a shelf of some sort over the toilet to set toiletries on as the bathroom sink is a pedestal one.Communication with the property manager was very prompt on any questions or needs we had. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Roanoke.
