Beautifully situated and close to everything, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath property offers a fabulous home away from home experience with a scenic pond, private area and all the best amenities. A stone's throw from Lewis Gale Hospital at .04 miles, it's actually even an easy walk there in addition to restaurants, gym, grocery and shopping. Within 6 miles to Carilion & Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Completely renovated and beautifully decorated, you will love the open floor plan and the calming atmosphere. Well designed, the layout offers privacy and separate entrances off each bedroom that lead to a large, private back deck surrounded by trees. Perfect peace and solitude!

Quiet and peaceful getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, the host made great accommodations for us, and even had great recommendations to restaurants in downtown! Short drive to Salem and Roanoke! Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Roanoke! Place was very clean and had everything needed!

Lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay at Evelyn's cottage. The property is beautiful, we even saw some deer one morning. We will definitely stay again when we are in town visiting our in-laws.

Perfect for our needs

Great 2 bed 2 bath was just what we needed for our weekend in Roanoke. We were only there to sleep but the place was clean, safe, and the kitchen was fine for us - not sure you could cook a gourmet meal in it - but very functional. We will definitely go back next trip to Roanoke.

Nice place and great host

We stayed at this property for four nights, and it was comfortable, well decorated, and supplied with a lot of necessities. On top of that, Evelyn, the host, could not have have been more helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

My wife and I along with my son, his wife and 2 daughters traveled from Virginia Beach to the Roanoke area for my son and myself to participate in the VA State bowling tournament. This little cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay. The private pond for us to fish in (catch and release of course) was an extra special plus and fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Evelyn for having everything ready for us!

Great place for friends or family

This was a great place to stay with an out of town visitor….we each had our own bedroom and bath. Everything was very clean and tidy and every need was anticipated and provided for! We did need to reach out to our super kind host as we couldn’t figure out an aspect of the beautiful electric fireplace and she was very responsive and helpful. The house is located aa convenient part of town and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the small lake and outdoor area as well as the inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to everything!

This property is in a beautiful area with stores, restaurants and walking trails only a couple minutes away. It is obvious from the lovely decor that Evelyn wants her guests to feel at home. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets/pillows and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was truly a peaceful stay and we 10/10 recommend!

Superb hospitality

This property sits on a beautiful pond. It’s surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. Inside the property you can tell that the host put a lot of thought and effort into making our stay cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available and the interior was clean and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality from the host was fantastic.

Cute place convenient to Roanoke

The guest house was clean and comfortable. The large backyard provided an element of privacy; and there was plenty of space inside the home. It’s in the heart of Cave Spring and only 10-15 minutes to downtown Roanoke. Would definitely recommend. :)

Great home in a wonderful location

Evelyn the host is a very nice lady who communicates all details well. The home is a beautifully remodeled property with all the comforts you'd hope for. We visit family in the Roanoke area often, and plan to stay at her property on all future trips. Highly recommend!
